Last Thursday 15th Aug I stopped at United Scoresby Pie Face and got fuel and a coffee from the automatic machine. I didn’t drink the coffee til I sat down at my desk and the taste was horrendous. I tipped it down the sink and had to go vomit - the milk was completely rancid and looked like cottage cheese. See attached photo of what I consumed. I attempted to contact both the store directly and the Pie Face head office but one number was disconnected and the other kept telling me to call during business hours, even though it was during their stated business hours by that stage. I have since sent an email to their head office but have not received a single word of reply. I have felt sick ever since this incident and still am unable to drink coffee, which is horrible for me as I have a limited diet for various reasons and coffee was one of the only things I was able to enjoy. I can’t be the only one in the area who got a coffee there that morning and I can only hope no one else got seriously ill from their obvious lack of hygiene and food standards.
Chicken mushroom pie was really bad. Completely bland! The lady serving wasn’t very nice... Such a shame as I was really looking forward to trying the place but won’t be back.
Their ATM auto-selected the amount to withdraw, and the service person was not willing to split a bill, will avoid anytime I can
0 service, these Indian staff don't know how to treat their customers.
Overcharged me on bandages even though I pointed out the correct pricing on the shelf. Staff didn’t care, that was what’s in the system. Service very poor from staff, didn’t care, just wanted to argue. Can’t display one price on shelf and charge another. Based on principle, the 1 star is for poor service and argumentative staff who’s just there to clock the hours.
