Every time I go to Rowville Best Friends, and I mean every time, Jack is always outstanding with his customer service. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and hardworking. As I return my trolley to the store after unloading stock into my car he always meets me outside to take the trolley from me. He is an outstanding employee and you are very lucky to have him!
Staff are all super friendly, helpful and with lots of knowledge. I just bought a collar for my puppy with advice of the staff in terms of size and material. It perfectly matches my puppy. I bought two others before in other places and they are all too big.. I am very happy with my purchase and experience, will definitely come back again.
Absolutely love shopping here. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make sure they’re giving the best advice and care for my fur babies. They also really care about the adoption animals in store. When I get ad at the registers checking out a couple came in to adopt the little rabbit in store and the entire team gathered to say goodbye.
Can not express enough how amazing the staff here are, every single one of them. We literally have to carry my puppy out of here because he loves it so much, even after the vet and a groom. Riley especially, has been amazing for my puppy Koda, from puppy school to grooming, he has looked after him and has so much patience. You can really tell they all love and care about each and every animal that walks through the doors. Would give more stars if I could.
Great pet store with a large range of products for all sorts of pets. Dog toys were quite expensive but we visited the store when they were having an opening day event. We received a free engraved dog tag and a showbag with dog treats. Staff are very friendly and encourage pets in the store. My chihuahua had a great time!
Prices increased at this place. The staff don’t seem to care, should stick to packing shelves if they hate talking and serving people so much. Have moved my shopping to pet barn where prices are so much better and staff actually care and have knowledge about their products.
My dog ALWAYS comes home from " Best Friends Pets Stud Park" looking & smelling fantastic! The Staff ALWAYS are welcoming, friendly & helpful. Very professional, clean & well run grooming centre.
Took or dogs for grooming and they were so well looked after, came out looking like they were fluf balls, very happy
I have been taking my puppy lola here for over 3 months now. Every-time I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly face. Our vet team is amazing, helped me when I am very worried about lola at times. They show respect and care for you and your dog!!
