It was absolutely PATHETIC that you only had one staff member in your Rowville store during a sale this Friday. I was forced to wait for over 20 minutes for service because the poor frazzled girl at the counter had to serve a queue of customers with nobody to help her with it, and nobody to help me with my questions about my puppy. I walked the store for those 20 minutes looking for somebody else to help, and not another staff member in sight! I almost walked out and abandoned a $200 sale. This isn't a criticism of the girl as I could see she was doing her best and she did end up letting me stay in the store until half past 6 in order to help me with my many questions about puppy training which I was very appreciative of.  But I shouldn't have had to wait that long for help in the first place! This is customer SERVICE, so where is the SERVICE?? There should have been more staff if you are going to have a big sale!! Best Friends is just around the corner and they always have at least three or four staff behind the counter and walking the floor. Why doesn't Pet Warehouse do the same??

Very friendly atmosphere, with a great variety of goods. This will definitely be my pet store from now on.

Really bad service. The 2 girls at the counter stood there and chatted while me and another customer wandered around, not even a hello or acknowledged. Every single thing I came to get was out of stock, as were most of the products to be honest. 
I see no reason to return when there is a best friends right across the street with lovely staff and a huge range. 
Shame because I was about to spend over $400 on my pet supplies and their online service is quite good.
