I had an outstanding experience at Petbarn Ferntree Gully thanks to Leanne. Although she’s only been there for around 3 months, her knowledge across all things pet-related is incredible.nnMy dog has specific dietary requirements, and Leanne went above and beyond by carefully reading through ingredient lists and advising me on what would be safe for his condition. That level of care and attention is rare to find.nnThis has easily been the most helpful experience I’ve had at a pet store. Thank you Leanne, your dedication and genuine care made a difference.

Visited briefly a few days ago to get frozen fish food for my daughters fish while she was away. Staff were friendly and helpful and prices werent ridiculous like alot of other pet care suppliers. Large store too so didnt feel too overwhelmed with crammed shelfs or heaps of people. Will visit again.

Big store with a lot of interesting smells. This particular store location opens for longer than most other pet barns and the prices r also lower. Would recommend for a dog walk place if the weather is in very poor conditions.nnSadly this store don’t got a dog shower

Never anybody to help with the live plants/fish. You have to actively search to find a staff member to assist you. Only staff member I found was at the front desk. There was NO other customers in store. And she stated “she couldn’t assist as she was at the desk” took her 10 minutes to inform another staff member that I needed help with live plants. Might as well started to assist myself. I left and went to petSTOCK. 5 stars to petSTOCK.
