The price of the dog conditioner was lowered. The store offers to match any known price on all items, and staff members are always helpful and willing to have a conversation and a laugh at the checkout!  The store is clean and displayed well - easy to find what you're looking for.

Only place I go for my pet supplies. Staff are all lovely, Oliver especially, she is an exceptional dog trainer and is very knowledgeable. Every time I go to petbarn I know I can ask any question about my pets and it will be answered  Also they pricematch so you can make sure you're always getting the best price

I went into the store to exchange a faulty gravel vacuum. I had a clear photo of my receipt and a bank receipt linked to it. However, the staff were hesitant to accept it, as they apparently only accepted physical copies of the receipt. Any other store would accept a photo of the receipt since it still contains all transaction details and necessary information.nnThe product had a two-year warranty, and I purchased it 11 months ago. However, the staff claimed that since more than 30 days had passed, I needed to contact the manufacturer instead of the store—despite Australian Consumer Law stating otherwise.nnFollowing their advice, I called Petbarn’s phone support, and a corporate representative confirmed that I could either return the item to any Petbarn store or contact the manufacturer directly. After realizing they were wrong, the staff members gave various excuses, such as concerns about increased theft and receipt fraud. They then claimed the product fault was due to wear and tear.nnI appreciate the staff’s patience and effort in trying to resolve the issue. However, it is clear they have been inadequately trained.

PILL POPPER...nWOW...TOO EASY..nI couldn't believe how easy it was to get my pets to take the tablets with the pill popper.nI bought 3 of them I was so impressed..

Nice big Petbarn with friendly service & with the cutest kitty’s to adopt, however I wish there was a better reptile range with much more stuff for there enclosure, oh & I just personally think that the cage that the cats are in should be much bigger more spacious!n‍
