Very impressed with our experience in-store. In particular, Corey was knowledgeable on the products we were purchasing and was  fabulously patient and helpful with my daughter who is a new puppy owner... even though it was past closing time! THANKS COREY!

Had the wrong product sent via same day delivery service - when I called up & let them know what the problem was Kerry immediately organised a replacement sent out at no extra cost - got it within an hour or two of contacting them. Had a very unusual experience here, Came in to buy cat food and to take my little old dog for an outing, when paying for my item, the staff member at the counter was commenting on her after I mentioned she is old and can't see or hear... They made a point to comment on how miserable she must be, how she is suffering, how she can't see herself in the mirror??? And a few other strange and cold comments.  What made it particularly difficult was it was the day she was being sent over the bridge.  The products and prices are fine, and the few other times I have visited have been fine but this visit was quite unpleasant.

Good store for If you have pets .Though they don't stock some of the popular brands available in other stores

Just another, volume supplier. Found a price Online so went to purchase it as it was just around the corner. So angry the in store price was more and they tried to justify it.  Went outside and ordered click & collect. Went inside 20 minutes later to collect at the online price.  I felt it was blatant dishonesty.

Great service and staff were very knowlegable aboit the SPORN training harness that I purchased. I have been using Sporn for over 15 years. I recomend them to other dogwalkers.

Our Lil trouble maker narla loves her visits to petbarn now thanks to the amazing staff always ready to hand out pats and treats, I wouldn't go anywhere else for fur children supplies!

Terrible counter service here - every other time you are waiting 2 - 3 minutes for someone to man a  register - staff seem to be running around, moving things, stacking shelves, talking to owners and their pets  - everything except serving. Whats more important than making a sale? Ive stood in queues 4 -5 customers just waiting for someone to serve us. I was a regular here but have decided its not worth it - the Westfield Pet store always has someone behind the counter.

Great Staff, very Knowledgeable and very friendly  Would highly recommend this store!!
