Very friendly and helpful customer service. They are happy to help you with your enquires with out any both. Their prices are amazingly low for an independent store and are very competitive with the big pet supply chains. For a small shop they are packed full of all your needs wants and anything else that your pet desires. They carry the amazing Din Dins pet food in all different flavor combinations, this food uses human grade ingredients and no fillers just very simply ingredients. Thank you for your fantastic customer service.

A fantastic array of pet products crammed into every nook and cranny from floor to ceiling. There is more out on the footpath, prices seem competitive and service is top notch. They have been here a lot of years serving Boronia and there is a good reason for that. Good old fashioned levels of service. Shop here and enjoy the experience.

Staff are kind and experts in birds. I have taken my budgies over to them for help before, the problem was addressed and fixed each time. I recommend taking your sick looking bird to see them before seeing the avian vets, as it could save you some money and there is no need to make appointments.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Visit Henry who is very popular with the cudtomers in the store. Prices are as good as any of the larger Pet Shops. Pretty much a one stop pet shop. :)
