My father went in to the shop and was greeted with pure and utter rudeness and disrespect. The roller door was slightly open and my dad, being a first-time customer, was unsure whether it was open and after asking staff, the man in charge condescendingly replied with "the door is open, isn't it?! Of course we're open..." My father being a very patient man, continued to ask about the products he was keen to view and the man gave him little attention, replied constantly in a sarcastic, condescending and rude manner to simple questions a first-time customer would usually ask, and not once offered to help him out. He then asked my dad whether he had looked at the website and said the products are all there, but since there are no prices online of course my dad wanted to look at them in person. The man then said "you know you have to book an appointment...?"... He is a first time customer! Of course he didn't know! Terrible service, rude staff. They lost a customer who was more than willing to spend a lot of money in there. Well done guys!

Have been to see Patrick for all my bowling needs has never let me down and with his knowledge of all his products I know I will never be steered in the wrong direction. Can highly recommend.

Really not friendly staff and arrogant toward customer. I won't spend my money in that shop anymore. I wanna buy new bowling ball and the staff in that shop talked to me like I can't effort it to buy. Really unhappy customer.

Awesome Advice offered each time i have been in. There is a great range of balls and other necessary equipment to cover everyone from a 8 year old starting out to a seasoned Pro. Nothing is an issue for Patrick, he is always willing to assist and get things in for you if they are not in stock. All of my equipment now comes from Bowlers World.
