These guys are too good! Good old fashioned customer service where they are looking out for YOU the customer. For starters, they had a very competitive price compared to others online. Spoke to them over the phone at 10am, made my order online and had my Yamaha digital piano delivered by 1.30pm same day. Thanks again Billy for your quick thinking and organising delivery. For future musical instruments needs - I will definitely be looking here first!

just got a new guitar and amp and these guys couldn't have been more helpful. The staff member Adrian was incredible, he has a wealth of knowledge and gave me so much information, i didn't feel rushed at all. best customer service experience i've had in a very long time. get your gear from these guys, you will not regret it.
*Fast delivery of 6 days considering the covid holdup Weekend delivery *Outstanding Customer service *Highly recommend Cannot express how grateful I am with the service I received. I emailed customer service as I ordered the wrong keyboard. Needed the Yamaha np32 as a gift for my sister and I was contacted in less than 24hrs. They approved the exchange... after payment of the difference they personally came to my house to swap the keyboards AND deliver another order I put through on the same day. The keyboard sounds amazing. The light weight keys are easy for younger sister to use. It being portable is convenient for when you want to play in different areas of the house to avoid distraction.Thank you, much appreciated.
I was brousing the guitar section for a new Amp for over 10 minutes and was not offered any service or help.... I'll order one from somewhere else online. I only went to KC's because I wanted to support a local business... Disappointed.
Excellent shop. My man was like a kid in a candy store, but with guitars. Very impressed with how things are displayed. They have pretty much everything. Well worth traveling to visit.
