This Health food and natural remedy store in Boronia is lined wall to wall with bottles of pills and potions. The man behind the counter has been here for years, and really knows his stuff. He is always happy to help you out with any question and can prescribe a remedy for whatever it is that might ail you. Stocking well-known brands of natural medicines, Essential Health Foods is a great alternative to regular medication.

This is a very well stocked and competitively priced Health food store. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Also, I cannot recommend naturopath Christine Gozlan highly enough. She is very professional, very thorough and has an extensive empathy and understanding for the body and naturopathic solutions - with Christine I found long term solutions for issues I previously was unable to address effectively. I continue to return to her whenever needed and am never disappointed. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Essential Health in Boronia for many, many years now. Christine and Michael are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When you first walk into the shop Michael will help you or you can book a private consultation with Christine. Their thoughtful care for your health is paramount and holistic, supported by an extensive array of naturopathic and commercial products. I highly recommend a visit, you won't be disappointed

A lovely local Health Food shop which is so much more. All the staff are qualified Naturopaths and I have always found them very helpful and supportive. The shop has an extensive range of supplements and they are happy to order a product in for you if they don't have it in stock. Great range of organic and gluten free products. Highly recommend a visit.
