We have a very extensive range of over eighty beers and more than two hundred and seventy different flavour essences! Although we are based in Boronia, we have customers coming from all over to visit us, such as Bayswater, The Basin, Kilsyth South, Ferntree Gully, Wantirna, Knoxfield, Heathmont, and Wantirna...."

Very disappointed to be sitting at the Cafe next door and having the owner of The Brewers Den swearing and being aggressive over public parking spaces. What should have been a private conversation turned into an ugly slanging match with the Cafe owner. It was so loud that my husband was going to intervene. We should be supporting local business.
Great range of brewing & distilling equipment & ingredients. The friendly staff happily share hacks & home videos of their experience. Had a giggle at the following on my recent visit as it's so true as every visit inspires us to try more products & techniques
Female staff member was quite rude and unhelpful, she was insulting regarding my choice of still. Had a minimum purchase amount of $15 before using EFTPOS so bring cash!!
I enjoy the beer enhancers prepared by the proprietor Czech pils and German larger are my fav, reliable and reasonably priced. All the regular tins of beer concentrate are available and a good selection of essences for spirit Edwards is my fav there. Lots of knowledgeable advice. I guess that's why I've been coming to this unassuming shop for 20 years now.
Really struggle here. Its the only shop near me, but the owner is painful! Every time I am there he proceeds to tell me that everything I am doing is wrong. I asked if he had my go to can and his response was "why would you want to brew blonde lagers? may as well drink water".. I was told that i was a fool for bulk priming, that racking my beer is wrong, that not using a heat pad is wrong.. its a real struggle. I have to buy my stuff here, but i know every time i walk in the door I am going to get told I am doing everything wrong
He was very helpful to a new brewer, would recommend for anyone wanting to start up, as well as veteran brewers.
The lady that works there is lovely.... The owner is a massive knob. Every time I ask a question I get the same response, which is, "why would you do that?" I don't know! Maybe that's what experimenting and learning is all about ya goose.
Friendly and very helpful and husband and wife super team. They know beer! I like the easier option of using their ND fresh worts, always turns out a fantastic drop..
Great little shop has everything you need. The owners full of knowledge and is only too happy to answer your questions and give you advice.
As a new brewer I found the knowledge and service from the lady working here to be very helpful. Handy advice and a great range of products.
