In Boronia, this is the best Kmart around. No other Kmart is as good as this place in Boronia beautiful shop they have everything you could even possibly want and need. I drop your trousers late at night and they’ll still open beautiful wonderful service 10 out of 10. This is a level 10 shop.
I witnessed a very disappointing incident at Kmart Boronia.nnA customer was clearly trying to get assistance across multiple sections including electronics, beauty, and clothing. I saw them going back and forth several times, trying to get help, but staff seemed uninterested and did not step in to assist.nnEventually, a staff member named Chloe, who introduced herself as the store manager, approached the situation. Unfortunately, her behaviour was quite concerning. She spoke in a raised and dismissive tone, appeared impatient, and did not make any effort to calmly resolve the issue. The interaction came across as rude and unnecessarily confrontational.nnAs a bystander, it was uncomfortable to watch. The way the customer was treated felt disrespectful and, at times, came across as discriminatory.nnThis kind of behaviour reflects poorly on the store, especially from someone in a management position. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.
By far, the best wood fire kiln pizza in Melbourne.nThe staff are professional and friendly.nThe Chefs and kitchen hand are masters at what they do.nBut, the star of this amazing establishment is the chef that is incharge of the pizzas. Always perfect. Quality, consistency and attention to detail are what this unassuming, gourmet restaurant, embodies.
Based on many experiences at Boronia akmart the few rude staff members outweigh in good. Crap service and diminutive staff me members rude and patronising experience nearly every 3rd visit.
There needs to more cashiers on for people who do not want to use self service. I asked for help with self serving and was told if the staff members is needed for other’s customers I would have to do the transaction my self. In that case I won’t go ahead with the transaction then Ask came back I Don’t care Staff member don’t care as they feel like robot. Please make your staff feel important in their job
