Poor effort on store management to place stock out on clearance and not sell it to the customer, i understand your not inclined to make the customer happy! I had found a 4 slice toaster on clearance shelf with 3 other units, not knowing the back story of their product that they had no box and were selling it at $11.00. Bad practice makes for a bad customer experience, to the lady gaurding the self serve machine, I understand its have to be empathetic towards customers. But we are not just numbers, and it was not a good enough reason to simply say its "health and safety is the reason we cannot sell you the toaster" my question to you and your management is just because the item did not have a box? Is it not a new item on the shelf or are these items returns placed back on the shelf and then sold? You mentioned other stores to go to, but did convey they would do the same price, is this just simply the fact you don't know what your store doing.... Not good enough for a local of your store.

I didn't mean to rate of it that high, I keep how disappointing Kmart is now days. The layout is insane ! And the products are a remnant of copper art or the 2$ shop . It's such a shame,Kmart used to be the first & only place to purchase a good quality product & almost anything you could want or need ,as I have shopped there for near 50 yrs. But you can't complain about the staff .

Competitive prices and good variety of products. Payment systems should be relocated from centre to front of store. Self checkout shouldnt require heavy items to be placed on scale when scanned by hand held scanner.

Tripped on uneven floor. Very dangerous. Will not use unmanned cash register and feel staff at times are quite rude about this. It is my choice and do not like feeling as if I am an idiot.

Seem to cover most items at a decent price and quality is ok, layout seems a bit haphazard unless you shop here regularly. They used to have the checkouts at the entrance/exit but moved it all to the middle off the store. Now you have to go there and then have your receipt checked at the entrance/exit, not very logical and annoying really. Probably think you will buy more if your forced to walk past it.
