I want to give a huge thank you to James at Kmart Boronia . My daughter surprised us with two sets of toy storage units while we were away.nUnfortunately one of the tubs was cracked and by the time we came home a week later she had misplaced the receipt.nI went in the store today with nothing more than a photo just to ask if anything could be done and James went to upper management and arranged a replacement tub for us .nExcellent customer service!
This is my local Kmart so I come here often, I was printing out photos that required the behind the counter service. The girl who was behind the counter acted like she hated her job and would rather be shovelling shit than doing whatever she was doing. I had asked her if Kmart had a guillotine to cut my photos in half I know Officeworks’s has so I was hoping they would too but she looked at me like I was stupid and said “uh no” then walked away.nnAnyway this time I came in I needed some assistance so I asked Sophie to help me, she was super nice and helpful 10/10 service.
Went in to collect my ready printed my photos. Very helpful n friendly lady at photo counted 4pm .nBought lots of items for babies and photo albums. Staff at the doors are so friendly and kind.,Love Boronia K/Mart lots.
After my experience with your staff menbers today I will never EVER enter your store again. I have a mobility scooter due to a permanent disability that had broken down at your store and i was denied electricity to charge it. I then had to dismantle my scooter on my own with no help offered whatsoever by the staff there. I was in tears and your staff only exacerbated my struggles. Not to mention the fact that your store doesn't even sell necessities like a simple spanner!! If not for the help of a lovely passing customer and having to call the racv, then eventually gaining access to the wonderful people at Coles for electricity I'd still be stuck outside your crappy store. Less than one hour of power was all I needed and I would have been home within 10 minutes after that. But no thanks to yr lack of care, I was stranded for over 4 hours. When someone is in such need as I was, your job is to also help that person get the appropriate access to their medical needs. I hope no one ever has to go through what I had to today.If you're not going to help people inside the store, you should at least fix the electrical outlet directly outside your store for those who really need access to it. I told the staff it had been destroyed and she still didn't care. You disgust me Kmart and your negligence is abhorrent. You also stole my freedom today: to be able to access the community without fear of being disadvantaged. I no longer wish to use my electric scooter which is meant to be my legs and only form of transportation. I felt so vulnerable/ dissempowered to the point of never wanting to leave my home again. So again I lose access to my local shopping precinct of which my scooter is my only means of getting around independently
Very well stocked store with up to the minute fashion in sensible sizes and choice s.all other sections well updated with low costs across the board.value for money
