After having my canvas Etiko shoes and finding they were slightly defective Etiko amended the problem straight away with very pleasant customer service. I will be buying their products and recommending their ethical/eco friendly products to friends. Thanks Etiko👍🏼

Awesome service. Re-sent my package after the courier company Fastway (DON"T USE THEM) botched the delivery and would not respond to enquiries.
Excellent customer service, the staff really tried to help me out, but got nowhere with fastway, and sent items out to me again via Australia Post. Great product, helpful staff. Top marks.
