If you need an experience to relax somewhere locally, this is the place! The sauna experience was amazing! Sitting 45 min in 150C was blissful and relaxing! The owner was very welcoming and explained the benefits of infrared sauna and how was I going to feel during and after, as it was my first experience. Definitely will go again soon!
If I could give Healthy Life 10 starts, I would! Everyone I have met is so friendly and accommodating. It is evident that the acupuncturist has a wealth of knowledge and experience - which directly translates to the incredible results I have gotten. As an athlete, quick yet lasting recovery is so important to me. I couldn’t recommend Healthy Life enough. If you’re looking for fantastic results provided by a very experienced and friendly staff, this is your place. Not to mention the facility is immaculate. The atmosphere certainly promotes relaxation, but is also very very clean which is also important to note.
My wife tried many times to book an appointment here that she received via scoopon. The owner/ manager very rude man was no help at all. After trying to book a time via email and phone calls we were all set. But the day before was cancelled due to no staff being available. We were due on holiday the next week and were told to rebook when returned. Which we did! All set!!! My wife ended up in hospital on Saturday and was unable to attend but had no empathy from owner. Was told in no certain terms not to call back again we had lost our money. Would not recommend them. The girls were fantastic
I have been attending the Healthy Life Clinic in Ferntree Gully for a number of years now and I can highly recommend the clinic for the massage and acupuncture services I have accessed during that time. Dr. Thomas Mchale's treatment in acupuncture is second to none. The treatment program is on another level, very precise, attention to detail, care for the patient and working to fix the root cause. The results in most cases are instantaneous! In addition, the massage services offered by the clinic by Gemma and Jackie are of high quality. Just as impressive is that the place is very hygienic and very serene to attend. Excellent!
Great remedial massage but horrible experience with a very rude and condescending owner. Place has only 1 therapist left, rest must have left because of this guy, he clearly has issues. They advertise with health fund rebate claimable, but had their registration lapsed, cost me hours talking to the health Fund to get it done in the end as a favor by the Fund. Never again, please avoid this place as the plague.......
I was extremely impressed with the customer service officer that was able to support me in redeeming an expired voucher. The employee was both empathetic and helpful in activating the voucher. Thanks again for excellent service.
1 very very rude staff. No sense to talk with customers. 2 yes I did receive call from you after posting review and it was for asking me to remove it and try to threaten me with very bad and rude tone.not to resolve issues. you left me traumatised.also make it very clear that voucher was not bought yesterday nor you gave any options. Instead I was the one asking you to give me any other options. 3 first thing to learn customer service and giving respect. If you are good no one can damage it.
My partner and I come here for the infrared sauna, it does wonders and we really enjoy our experience. Dr T and Jackie are very attentive, knowledgeable and flexible with our request. Highly recommend!
I regularly get massages by Jackie and she it outstanding. I have long term shoulder tension and she's been so helpful with suggestions on ways to minimise my issue. The free sauna beforehand is such great value, it really helps get a very effective massage.
Dr McKail was very thorough and explained everything. He helped me so much! I have had trouble with my Achilles for months and no practitioners have been able to really work out what is going on and help me! He looked at not just my Achilles but the strength of me legs and gluts and worked out what was going on! He did more than just acupuncture. I am definitely going back and absolutely recommend Dr Mc Kail and the Healthy Life Clinic.
