This is one of the best medical surgeries I have been to. After my GP of 40 years retired we had trouble finding a good family doctor for my husband and 2 young children, but Dr Heng, along with all of his staff are fabulous. The online booking system is great and unless it's an unusually busy day, there are generally enough GPs working that we can always get an appointment. They have also squeezed my very sick 4 year old in on 2 occasions when they have been technically booked out at the end of the day. I can't recommend this clinic highly enough.

Was left waiting for over an hour even though booked online, watched people come in , 45 mins after me and get into see the doctor before me...... guess I should have changed out of my tradie clothes..... Was even told apon arrival that they dont bulk bill, shouldnt judge a book by its cover guys, as I own a multi million dollar bridge construction company and cant stay off the tools..... talking about tools...

Went seen dr wyan last week don't waste your time very rude man dosnt know much and a very bad bed side manner , same for most of the Drs here also seen , Tara she was very rude, had really bad attitude To myself , didn't want to help wasn't caring at all, and was very bad in her information will never go back here stay away from rude Drs here

Great practice with skilled Doctors who take the time to get diagnosis and treatment right.

Disappointing counselling sessions. Did not follow up after my last session, when she knew I was in a bad place. Was more interested in doing her exercises than listening to where I was ay and blamed me for not being able to do them due to my "anxiety". I felt I wasn't listened to and stopped after about 8 sessions feeling worse than when I started.
