Hi some of your reception staff are really lovely and even recognise me when I come in. They communicate well and warmly.nnI wanted to add and give great praise for one particular receptionist who has been there, it seems, as long as I have been coming to this surgery. Her name is Sheleen. She is very humble, not realising how valuable her service is and always puts everyone else’s needs first. She remembers my name and everything important about me each time I come in even if it’s a long time between visits. She is always very polite and serves me well. Use her as your gold standard for levels of service!nnOne the other hand there is one in particular, I don’t know her name, but she is an older woman of Asian appearance. The way she answers the phone of acknowledges me at the front desk does demonstrates less warmth and human connection than a robot. She is not polite, and poorly communicates. I have trouble working out how to respond sometimes. I get frustrated with her and prefer to speak to any of the other ladies there. She appears to lack European/Australian cultural awareness. I find myself wondering every time I encounter her, „why is she still there?“, Do you keep her to be able to speak to other Asian who lack English comprehension?
I have been a patient of GKFP under Dr. Daresh for many years and had a consistent positive experience. Dr. Daresh is compassionate and takes his time. Yes, they don’t bulk bill, however, consideration is always given to the nature of my appointment.
I have been a patient of Dr Daresh's for 10 years or so & he has always been a great Dr, very thorough & friendly. He is great with the kids! Very happy at this clinic.
In my experience the knowledge, expertise and care shown by the doctors and staff at Greater Know Family Practice can be second to none. That experience covers more than three decades. I highly recommend.
First visit. Arrived 10 minutes early, doctor was excactly on time. Doctor was nice and asked lots of questions. Can't ask for more.
