All reception staff are friendly and polite. Doctors are friendly, welcoming and the ones I have seen for over 3 years average, except for DR Daresh. He is excellent (I found him accidently in 2018, as he was not my regular Doctor at this clinic in the last 4 years). DR Daresh provide modern solutions (listened and altered my previous medication to a better medication (been out sin 2016)) that really helped my core medical condition) . He gave me a FLU shot without me asking when I went there for another ailment (it is now in short supply in Australia) - these little gestures indicates he genuinely wants to help. Additionally, he rings for hospital LAB results if they are not loaded into there system whilst I am at the Clinic. With DR Suh - it took 8 weeks/ multiple visits before she acted (keep on saying results not back come back) to request for lab results and when you want the outcome on the state of your health - 8 weeks is an eternity. I rang the Box Hill Hospital at Dr Suh's request myself on behalf of my wife - The Hospital said the DR must ring, not patients as the DRs are the ones who requested the hospital test and there are over 10 pages of tests so which part of the Test does the DR want?). Also wrong medical record loaded into my file as pointed out by Dr Andrew (previous Registrar) - Admin needs a better QA process. Identification appointment process needs to improve (over 10 questions to identify me each time (I have been at this clinic for over 4 years). Their reception staff seem to be new almost every time I go there, so I get the the 10 Q&A questions every time ( I tell them which DR I see date and time ofappointment, I show my licence now, it cuts out 4 questions, ha ha! and I tell them I have not change my phone number or Mobil for over 15 years, this cuts out another 2 questions the other medicare item etc I show them this cut out another two questions, my wifes name - I tell them none of their business). Hopefully things improve and I can delete all these comments.

Wow just had the worst experience ever that tops it all here. This has been my GP for years and things have changed slowly but it's ok cause it's not often I am here. I had a lovely chat with Belinda on the phone when I booked, very friendly. However as soon as I arrived I was served by an older lady named Soraya with lots of Botox. I should note that I was friendly and greeted her but immediately she was very abrupt and rude. She asked for my Medicare card which I wasn't carrying as this is my regular GP I never brought it and was never asked. Fine perhaps things changed but Soraya raised her voice and tried to deceitfully say that they have ALWAYS asked and required this. I explained to her that this was not the case every time I been here since 2009. She looked at my record and said 'oh yeah fine you were here in 2012', so absurd because I was here actually a few months ago. She kept behaving in a rabbid and unprofessional manner and she even said 'if you weren't asked then I don't know which girls helped you because I AM the manager her and it's MY rules.' so I asked her 'so what you're saying is, you're the manager and your team are not following your rules hence not doing their job?' to which she said 'yes!'... So... What does that have to do with me now? I decided to save myself the headache of dealing with an irate, unprofessional staff and just said alright no problem I'll bring you my card next time. She then continued to check my record one by one loudly with attitude which she has established she has a lot of talent in. Horrid! Honestly, her job is literally just to be friendly and say, 'as this is your regular gp and I have your record, it's fine however please do bring it next time as our policies have changed'. Simple, classy and professional. Not that hard either when someone is actually approaching you with a smile first. I've rarely encountered such unprofessional and angry service and she did the same to others as well, snapping, raising her voice, speaking with an attitude. I wonder why she was hired and worst why is she the manager? On a separate note, if you're thinking of coming, avoid Dr. Khatoon who said this to my partner when he asked about general full body check ups 'why do you need it? You only go for check up when something hurts' um... As time goes by and the field of education and medicine evolves isn't it preached that prevention is better than cure? She was difficult to deal with as a doctor and I just had to deal with her while my doctor was away. Dr. Hosseini, Dr. Daresh and ages ago when Dr. Stuart was around, they were great! There was another female doctor who was also really good but I have forgotten her name. Anyways, management if you are reading this.. you're probably going to lose heaps of customers due to front desk behaviour by Soraya. Perhaps some monitoring and training is needed or maybe she was in a bad mood and needed counselling instead.

Was recommended here by a friend. Have seen two different doctors for my child and both have been great. Only once on a busy day we seen after our appointment time - last two occasions we have been seen early. Reception staff have been polite and efficient.
