So disappointed this afternoon, went to purchase dog tablets and also to give my dog a wash, unfortunately once again the wash area was not clean with water and old dog hair everywhere. Can not believe as a good customer that after paying $10.00, was treated so poorly by the manager and actually told to go up the road to another dog wash. I requested a refund and will most certainly Not go back for any products ever again.
They have gone down hill big time! My Mums dog came home with patches down to the skin and other areas left extremely long around his leg joints. Shocking Groom, have moved on.
Lovely big store with helpful, engaged staff. They can price match if a lower priced irem is in stock elsewhere so i dont have to travel miles for products.

Management need to pull it together. They need to service the FOH constantly and focus on customer experience over numbers and stats, which is obvious from how they treat their staff.
My dog who usually LOVES to go to the groomers came here twice. The first time he came home fine but when I went back the second time, he was very hesitant to the point of dragging me out of the store, crying. Which is very unusual from his usual behaviour. After reading the grooming reviews, it’s fair to say I wouldn’t come back here again
