 I wouldn’t even give one star for this store.  Took my puppy for an essential tidy groom.  At the end of the day I picked up skinless chicken.  They have fully clipped  my cavoodle puppy. I clearly asked them to not to cut too short. I am very disappointed. I m not so sure if I should feel sad or angry.  Not going back again

I have brought my dog in twice now and everytime he has come out looking amazing, although as the groomers have stated, Kratos is one of the easiest dogs they've ever had to worked on and is an absolute joy to work with. Fantastic customer service!nnI have booked him in on the 24th of Dec for his final groom of the year. And will be a returning customer next year!

“I recently took my puppy for grooming and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The groomer ended up cutting my puppy’s skin, causing visible injury and discomfort, which was very distressing for both me and my pet.nWhen I choose a grooming service, I trust that they will handle my pet with care and expertise, but that was not the case here. This incident has made me lose confidence in their service. I hope they address these issues to ensure the safety and comfort of pets in the future. I would not recommend this grooming service based on my experience.and the thing I really angry of groomer,she kept saying that because my pet fur was matted.she didn’t even say sorry.they shaved my puppy skin and lots scratched around her body

I went here the other day, normally the staff are really friendly and helpful and greet you when you enter the shop. I don’t no what it was but these new workers? where very unprofessional standing around just gasbagging to each other rolling there eyes not helping anyone..

I had an unpleasant interaction in line for the groom which set me on edge and could have coloured my reviewnnIt was my first time sending my dog into the groomernThey didn't tell me how long it would take, or ask me if I had any requirements or anything they should know about my dog or how I'd like her to be groomed, they were just told by the other dog owner that my dog doesn't get along with other dogs so she'd need to be crated. Poor communication.nnI left and came back an hour later to have a look, as I approached I heard sounds of yelping, and opened the soundproof door to hear this absolutely hellish mix of deafening blowdryer and a dog yelping constantly from a crate not my dog, and my dog in a crate. What an unpleasant environment.nnThree hours later on the dot I get a call, and I go in to collect they say they weren't able to work on my dog because she was too worked up, kept snapping at and going for the other dogs.nnThat's fine, I can understand. Why did they keep her there for three hours then?? Why did they not tell me and let me pick her up?? Why did they not know how to put a muzzle on her which I have seen with groomers on YouTube they do that for nervous dogs or at least a sound-dampening hood over her ears?? Now she stinks of what smells like a hundred dogs who have been through there, and has fur sticking to her.nnThey offered for her to come at a less busy time on Sunday at 8.30 am but I cancelled because I still didn't think it was going to be a pleasant environment. Going by the other grooming reviews I think I & my dog have dodged a bullet.nnPetbarn cashiers were friendly.
