Our place to go. Extremely helpful staff and our Lilly loves coming here. Staff is always eager to help with both personal and professional matters. Have helped with specific needs for my dog and if something is out of stock, always keep it on hand for us. All but good things when coming to visit.

‍ Great Prices for Bulk buying! I have a kitty with a very expensive teeth condition. I am able to buy his biscuits in bulk for a great price here! I never go anywhere else. PLUS, i’m on their loyalty program so I get every 10th bag FREE

Very unpleasant experience, serious issue with the product that was dangerous to pets health. The staff and the manager just brushed it off and behave unprofessionally. Would not own responsibility or displayed any empathy. When I said I would like to take issues further, Jacinta, their staff member said "Good Luck with that". Will not shop there again, disappointed and shocked!

Still my favourite pet supply place. They have a great range of goods, whether it is dog coats, bird, dog or cat toys, or beds. There is also fresh food available and dry.

Place is a gem if you are looking for bargains and they can price match, staff's are friendly and accommodating, Parking is not big but can park at nearby areas. Warning as Google maps having issues finding the place.

Service is ok, has a lot of variety of pet snacks although my furbabies don't like their brand, they don't make these snacks but bulk source from elsewhere. A tad cheaper than the other Mega Pet Warehouses.

Customer service plus an insane range of everything you need for your dog is what keeps us coming back to Mega Pet Warehouse. I've even had the audacity to go into the store and have the ladies there scold me for not bringing in my dogs, and I totally deserved it. Sherlock and Watson love coming in for a treat, and will be regulars for a long time to come.

FANTASTIC! staff member Elise was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. I'm housebound with spinal diseases and did all my shopping both over the phone and one her own choosing which items on my list would best suit my needs and she was spot on! There were no pushy sales staff wanting you to buy only the most expensive items. *I can't praise them enough! They have an excellent range of items, fair prices and great staff. What more could you want. *Their website was really helpful and always has many Sale items available. #Go check out their store, you won't be disappointed! Note: We go to their Ringwood branch.
