Excellent pool business! Friendly and helpful service and don’t try to oversell products. With any mechanical issues such as pumps or chlorinators, they provide professional advice or refer customer to someone who can assist. Will definitely continue to use them as our preferred ‘go to’ pool firm.
Great company, they have been in business for more than 20 years and have a big following. I do business with them and have always been treated politely. Sheerwater you deserve 5 Stars!
When I first got a pool, other local stores weren't interested in giving advice, these guys helped me choose the right products and were very helpful. I have now been a customer for over ten years, highly recommended.
Have been using this pool shop for over six years and wouldn't fault it. In fact, I highly recommended it. Unfortunately when I returned today I was treated with utter contempt and rudeness by one particular staff member. Go elsewhere.
Well stocked pool store selling all brands of pool equipment. Water testing is thorougj with staff explaining how to use and what timeframe to apply. Senior staff have good advice and they are willing to go the extra mile.
Top service, fair prices and knowledgeable staff who always seem happy to lend advice - even when it means sending you away with your money still in your pocket.
The team here know their craft!! I have been using Sheerwater for more than 10yrs and whenever I have had water issues they have the answers!
At last I have found a pool shop that knows what he is talking about and not trying just sell me more and more chemicals. A1 service and great range of items thanks
Service can be a little dry, but otherwise a well stocked store for all your pool and spa needs.
I could not recommend this company , The guy i dealt with there was arrogant and just plain rude. Best bet going anywhere else but here for your pool supplies .
