I purchased my new Triumph Tiger 800 from Peter Stevens Ringwood last week, great experience with very friendly staff that made me feel welcome, from the reception who greeted me as I walked passed them to Sara up stairs in the accessories section.nnSean in the Triumph Department was very helpful and at no time did I feel pressured into a purchase, I returned the following week and purchased my new toy.nnI might just add that I had already been to 2 other bike shops prior who made me feel like they were doing me a favour and couldn't be bothered.nnThis is the 4th bike I have purchased from Stevo's.nnCheersnKeep up the good work.nnMorris.

I’ve been a customer of this store for over 5 years now, but I WONT GO BACK for any servicing needs again. I’ve been charged $72.50 for an item to be “looked at” but not fixed. Service book incorrectly filled out. Bike tech settings changed. And I alway have to wait until 4pm for a message to pick up my bike only to find it has been waiting half the day. OVER PRICED AND UNDER PERFORMED. And after BEING ON HOLD FOR  20 MINUTES I simply get CUT OFF without having spoken to a real person.
