I want to say a big thank you to Shane Holland for making superb experience when purchasing my new Polo. Before I visited this dealer, I went to another two VW dealers in eastern suburbs. Shane was the best I had come across in my search. He is truly professional and very helpful, great care of me throughout the whole process. He is extremely polite, he didn't mind taking time to explain all the new features to me. I'm most grateful to Shane for his honest advice. I picked up my new Polo today, and couldn't be happier with the service I received from Shane. From the moment I walked in to when I drove out in my new car, I felt like a truly valued and respected customer. Shane made my feel right at home and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was especially impressed that he managed to source a manual for me to test-drive, as they initially only had autos on site. The Polo drives like a dream and has the best features of any small car. The great price just sweetened the deal. One very happy customer here!

The showroom was clean and huge. Plenty of cars to choose from. Staff were welcoming and greeted us with cold bottles of water. Joseph who looked after our deal was informative and extremely efficient with the sale process. It was initially hard to choose between the two cars but with the exceptional service and information provided they made it much easier to decide. Will definitely recommend if you're looking for new/used car with staff who's honest, and patient and accommodating.

A great experience with this dealership, in particular with salesman - Shane Holland. I’ve always been a bit skeptical of car dealers but Shane proved me wrong. Shane gave me a great deal and was never pushy or manipulative. Furthermore he was very responsive and diligent with any questions or requests I had throughout the process. He also has a great sense of humour which made the overall experience a lot of fun. Highly recommend.
