Bought a car from these guys for the first time, very professional and not at all what I expected. I recently purchased the first car in my life with good quality and price - a second-hand Mazda3 G25 from Etheridge Ford. The entire process went smoothly, despite my inability to attend in person due to weekday clinical work commitments. My friend, a mechanic helped me look at the car conditions initially. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Mawi for his exceptional support and patience throughout the journey. He arranged everything pretty well and offered valuable insights about the vehicle! Thanks to Brian as well - really appreciate his friendliness and effort in providing additional warranty information. A definite 5-star experience! I am sure I’ll reach out again in the future!!
Looking for a good quality used car, I happened upon Ella Lucas at Etheridge Ford in Ringwood, where she directed me towards a vehicle I had not considered purchasing, but after a discussion on price and a test drive, I decided on that car and am very happy. Ella was lovely to deal with throughout the whole process which started on Friday and was all wrapped up by Tuesday morning.
recently picked up a pre owned hilux from this dealership, and couldnt fault the process at all!ncarlos berbia was amazing- no question or request was too much for him, he made the whole thing go very smoothly and made it a fun experience at the same time.n10/10 would recommend!
