My wife and I thought it was time to splash out on a new car. After visiting a few car yards we were not really enjoying the experience, however after meeting Rob Giovinazzo at Etheridge Ford that all changed. Rob was great to deal with in every sense and made buying a new car a really enjoyable and stress free event. Even after the sale was made Rob and the team went above and beyond to ensure we left with a massive smile on our faces, and we did. If you are in the market for a Ford I highly encourage you to go see Rob he is a nice fella and approaches his work in just the right way.

I just pick up my new ranger xls. What a great day ever. Paul and Jason both really thank you. They look after me very well even compared price and service. I couldn’t have more happier than this moment. If you anyone want to have a car, here is place you must come. Happy Christmas all Ford staffs in Etheridge Ford. Eric.

Had a drama with my FG Ute and got it into these guys with no Pryor warning that I was coming in. Within 5 minutes Steph in service had me in a courtesy car and a diagnosis within the hour. I have come from a car dealership myself and must say that this was probably the best service that I have ever received. Communication was very good through the process as it was quite a big job. This is why you take your car to the professionals and not the bloke on the corner down the road! Highly recommend!

Broke my rear view mirror and attached a dirty secondhand mirror without saying anything in the hope that I didn't notice. Took my 96 Ford in for a service and to reattach the rear view mirror if they could. They said they will, phoned back the next day informing me that it had fallen off again and they'll get a windscreen specialist to fix it. I'm called again saying it's ready to pick up, they'll waive the mirror fee. How nice! But no mention that they'd actually broken my mirror and were unable to find a genuine replacement. I go to pick up the car, still absolutely no mention until I sit in the car and notice the cheap dirty mirror they've attached. I walk back inside, inform them that they haven't attached my original mirror and was met with attitude: "yes because we couldn't find an original part" I had to explicitly ask for my mirror back, they reluctantly handed it over without a word and for the first time I am made aware that it's broken by looking at it in my hand.
