Due to my inexperience as a 19 year old I gave a deposit for a car that was not for me, however I asked for it back within the legal timeframe and was met with horrible child like attitude and smart comments. I waited THREE weeks for these people to send back my OWN money and only received it back after warning them with legal action. I was lucky, you might not be, so be careful.

Absolute pieces of trash!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Vic roads has just told us they surrendered their business so shouldn’t be selling cars. Has been nothing but a problem since we got our car. Service wasn’t done when it was on the contract that it was to be done. Now 6 weeks later they still havnt transferred the car into our name. Dealing with the police currently as they have essentially stolen from us. We will be taking this further.

Marino has been a pleasure to deal with. His communication is excellent, always answers his phone and patently answers my questions. There has been a slight issue with the car and has not been a problem for Marino to fix it as soon as possible. Marino is friendly and I would recommend him if your looking to buy a car

Absolute crook. Within a week and 321km the transmission needed to be replaced Wayne smooth talked me into saying “these things happen” Brought the car in July it’s now December and cannot be fixed everything is wrong with it.  II WARN YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

My son bought car in lasr few days Oct 2022.  Picked car up on 11th Nov 2022.  Car was on tow truck one week later.  'Maurino' told RACV man, myself and my son problem sounded like it would be under warranty.  He said tow truck back to Ringwood to $$$ and to put in and get it fixed near us.  We did.  When it came time to pay bill, Maurino denied telling us any of above and that he said to get quote.  My son paid bill so our mechanic was not out of pocket. Son went to Vic Roads between Christmas 2022 and New Year to change plates to personalised plates.  'Um, no sorry you can't do this as car is not in your name' says Vic Roads.  Then begun the ignored phone calls and text messages before I rang 'Wayne'.  He was in Phillip Island and would contact Maurino to sort it.  Roll on to today.  Still no change in rego.  Maurino is at this very moment in a text conversation with my son.  My son is screenshotting texts to me as I was ringing a solicitor today.  Maurino asked my son for licence number.  My son gave to him and asked why this hadnt been done yet.  Maurino's reply - because my bookkeeper only comes in on a Friday on Monday his rext was to give him a few days.  My son replied with there's been 12 fridays including the day I picked up.   STAY CLEAR OF THIS CAR DEALERSHIP.   WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
