I serviced my car here because I purchased it from this dealership. The last time I brought it in, they dented the passenger door, which I noticed after getting home. I didn't complain and just chose to fix it myself.nnI had another service done two days ago, and this time they chipped the driver door. I raised the issue on the spot after paying $757, but they were too busy or in a rush to go home to handle my complaint. They mentioned they would check the CCTV and photos from when I dropped off the car, but I'm still waiting for a follow-up.nnOh, someone also had lunch in my car as I found tissues with tomato sauce by the door later on.nnI'll only delete this if they call me with a solution.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of picking up my new Mazda 3 Astina. From the moment we entered the dealership and Steve introduced himself we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We have always owned Mazdas and after an unfortunate accident we found ourselves needing to purchase a new addition. We didn’t hesitate to return to Mazda Ringwood as we feel we have always been treated so professionally and Steve did not disappoint.
