I bought a vehicle from them and from 1 week later I had problem with it and I rang up to book it in and look at the problem but they didn't even fix the problem that I mentioned which is under warranty and now I have to fork out money to pay it at my mechanic.nI don't know why car yard ask for a extension warranty when I am under a warranty and they can't fix it. You speak with the service manager who she can't help you either.
Their MG service team are second rate and the reception staff very frustrating to deal with. Would not recommend. Suggest you try another service provider for your MG
