Bought 10 cardinals. When I got home I noticed one had a mark on its mouth like a scar in the bag. Didn't think much of it until the next day when several others had what looked like fungus. Lost all 10 to whatever it was. Luckily it didn't effect any of my existing fish. Some of which had been purchased from livefish the week before. I should have just tossed my money out the window driving down Springvale Road and saved myself the heartache.

Good variety of items and reptiles. Very knowledgeable staff that are always able to answer any question and give good tips and caring for your pet. They have good recommendations for what might be the rught type of animal for you and your family. They are very friendly and always seen to make sure you're being looked after.

So I go into the store, I browsing some fish tanks. An employee comes up to me and offers some help. This employee had a extremely bad odor, and when asked the measurements of the tank, he went to go and get some measuring tape, which he then informed me that there was in fact no measuring tape. I ask for another employee for help, this employee seemed to be more on the ball then the previous one. When asked if he knew the measurements of the tank, he went to get some measuring tape, which he came back with... This employee was very impatient with me, and kept on acting like I was mentally retarded, which admitally I am on the topic of fish tanks. However, I feel as if since I was the customer, I should be given some sort of explanation about these tanks instead of being talked down to. He also had a bad odor. Apparently there are good prices at this store.. but I probably wouldn't go through that hassle again just to save a few bucks...

What an amazing array of pets. From gold fish to snakes. They should charge an admission fee to this place it's a mini zoo. They don't care if you're there to look or shop, they treat you the same. We've been coming back for many years, originally starting as "tourists" then purchasing fish tanks and stands, together with fish. Why? They know service. Come and visit, it's fun.

Staff are a world of knowledge and always willing to provide assistance and advice. All livestock are kept in fantastic conditions, prices are far better than elsewhere and we always leave feeling like we are cared for as customers and fellow animal lovers. We will never shops elsewhere thanks to the great experience we always have at Amazing Amazon.
