Horrible Experience on the first visit......!!!!!!!! We have visited this shop (on Saturday 10th Feb 18 around 10 am) to select curtains to our new house, was welcomed by a lady staff; she was very good and was going through our house plan and was suggesting some curtains. In few minutes, a gentleman (boss or manager??) came (with a serious reaction) and interfered in our conversation; and was advising his staff not to waste time in reading the plan, ask the customer to go back and bring their own measurements, we are too busy..... I have tried to explain saying that how to chose without getting advise from expert staff, he was least bothered, on the spot we have decided not to come to this shop any more (in fact, I would rather not to go to any other Dollar curtain shop, this man has really spoiled the image of the brand I wouldn't recommend any one visiting and give business to this place, very bad experience which i have never come across before...

To Team Glen Waverley. I would greatly like to thank you all for your excellent work & customer service. I am a business owner & deal with the general public everyday & am extremely happy to say that the effort all the team at the Glen Waverley store went to in completing my job was excellent. Every measure was taken to make me happy & satisfied. Nothing was too much effort. It was a big job & executed with care & attention to fine detail. The workmanship & quality was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dollar Curtain (Glen Waverley) to anyone looking to satisfaction & great customer service. If you value your time it's better to choose other curtain shops. I rescheduled measurement for my investment property after waiting for 10 business days. In the morning at 9:40am I called to the shop and make sure that the measurement was at 11am as I have to escape from work for two hrs to open the door for them. As a result I waited and waited and I was about to go then my phone rang , the lady said sorry because was busy in the shop that she couldn't come but it was 11:37 am I received phone call. And she said that she could come over now if I could wait for 15 minutes . By the time she arrives and measures , that would be another half and hours at least as there are four bedrooms and one study living room and dinning area all need to be measured. They should have organised and told me before hand . I guess they must have a prosperous business that they don't care. As a customer we do care our valuable time especially I am a business woman I can't afford to waste my time like this. No only to waste for waiting half and hour but also the long period of line up for measurement . And you have to think that now you will need to find another shop and schedule again.

I am very satisfied with the products and services provided by DCB Glen Waverley. Special thanks to Mehri, who is a very friendly and attentive consultant. She explained and answered my queries thoroughly on the premises and at the showroom; William, who is a punctual and experienced installer as he arrived well before the appointment time and the installation process was performed nicely and promptly. Thank you again!

Glen Waverley store is the worst curtain shop in town. Don't work with them if you value your own time. Their sales consultant missed the first appointment for measure. Appeared in the second apointment on 10 December 2016 but to get the quote we had to chase over phone for two weeks. The first quote was $4000+. We asked to add curtain lining and the revised quote of $5004 was sent in a week. Wen the sales consultant came back from her holidays and we went to the shop to finalise the order on 14 January 2017 and pay the deposit the sales consultant demanded $7200+ (according to a quote prepared on that day) for that identical item. She and the store manager said that they made some mistake in the pricing of the fabric but I can prove they were not honest in their words. They said somehow in the quote they putted a cheaper fabric than what we have chosen and it has exactly the same brand and design name. I attached a photo of the two quotes along with the label of the fabric we chose. They couldn't produce two different fabric sample but said first quote is for lower priced fabric whereas the higher priced one is our chosen fabric however any rational person will say the cheaper quote more specifically shows the fabric we chose as per the label of the fabric as per the photo. Even when I asked them to make curtains using the cheaper fabric they said it is not possible to deliver that. The manager himself admitted that lower priced fabric doesn't exists. Bunch of liars running the shop. Wasted my 6 weeks of time.
