Always a great range and friends staff! I always get the best price there as they pricematch and bet any other store, why would you need to go anywhere else? If you head in on a weekend you might even get a chance to sample some of their new releases!

Well stocked! They've got excellent selection of wine, whiskey and beer. All liquor under one roof.... and the staff really know their products. So convenient.

A great selection of alcohol, afterall it's Dan. The way they treat their customers requires some improvement. I've seen degradation of customers, whom hold international identification, yet is refused service. As a high area of people of Asian decent, I witnessed a person being refused service as the security couldn't read this poor girls passport. Whilst I intervened to assist, the security guy was aggressive. I'd suggested he calm down, requested a manager, and assisted the student who was 23 get through. That senior staff member understood a passport was a international recognised form of identification. Security refused it, refused student ID, International License. I know ID needs to be enforced, yet attitude goes a long way to assist. The staff member and student thanked me for my assistance, security guy was a pig.

Questionable staff ethics. After scanning my goods, I was about to present my rewards card only to witness the staff immediately scanning his own rewards card without asking if I had one myself. I then present my rewards card anyway looked as he undo his scan. After payment as I was packing my bottle into the box and ask for the receipt, he had already crushed the receipt in his hands without asking if I needed them. He then awkwardly pass me the crumbled receipt. Aside from this dodgy experience from the payment counter staff, another staff was friendly enough in showing me what I was looking for.

Really rude staff. I have been many Dan murphy's and in this one I had the worst experience ever. My brother came to visit and we went to there for Christmas preparation. A cray security guy standing at the entry asking for ID. My parter and myself showed him our Aussie ID, and my brother showed his British ID (he came from British and he is well over 25). However, this security guy didn't allow we enter the shop and the reason is: he cannot recognize my brother's ID. And he insisted to do so even though we explained to him the information in ID including DOB and photo. Cannot he read English and numbers on the ID?! Or does he have any eyesight issue? Why they hire this person and when we argue with him nobody came to help. Then we had to turn back without passing the entry. Even though this is the closest one, but we won't attend this place again.
