THANK YOU FOR YOUR RUDENESS DAVID - YOUR’E THE CONFIRMATION THAT I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION TO TAKE MY BUSINESS AWAY FROM TELSTRA. I got very good experience from a lady here a couple of years ago but since moved my business away from Telstra. Yesterday I drove all the way to the store with the intention to move my business back to Telstra. I was met by a man called DAVID, standing around holding an iPad - he said he is one of the managers - he was extremely rude. He wasn’t even interested in why I was there or what I’m after. He just told me in no uncertain terms that he haven’t got time for me although there were no other customers waiting.
Sales girl did not show any interest to discusse about Telstra products / plans while I am asking for information. No attitude of proper sales person. She wasn't helpful at all. Very disappointed with the way she communicated.
Very awful customer service and not polite
Lazy and poor Customer service. Sent me to another store as he was understaffed ? There was no customers in the store and 2 employees.
They were kind of helpful buttoned guy obsessed on being somewhat unhelpful it seems

This is by far the best Telstra shop and staff i have ever come across, they actually care, they listen to your needs and go above and beyound to help you. I don't know where you found the manager or the staff that work there, but what ever you do don't let them go. So its worth the 2 hour round trip to be greeted always with a smile .Thankyou
Went into the store today, and it took my mum commenting to get any assistance - the female staff member was looking at emails on one of the computers, and the male staff member was looking at something at the back counter. The male staff member who helped us was incredibly condescending when we told him what the problem was calls randomly dropping on two separate Samsung phones. He told us that it was a regular problem with Samsung phones, to which I asked "if Telstra knew it was a problem, then why hadn't a patch been organised?" He told me "no, it's a Samsung problem, not Telstra", so I asked him why Telstra hadn't contacted Samsung for a patch if they knew it was a problem on their network, to which he responded "no, Telstra just sells the phones" and continued to deny blame on Telstra's end. He questioned my mum about the MyTelstra app, and tried to get her to use it, but she didn't want to as she struggles a bit with technology. Later, when we were getting the Sim card updated, he said we would need to book in with Samsung to get the phone which was less than 3 months old fixed if the problem continued. He also didn't think to check if there were numbers saved on the Sim before swapping them, so now we need to go through and fix it ourselves - something he could have helped with when we were in the store. Now that we're back home, mum has discovered that she's lost her network access entirely, all thanks to the idiot who "helped" us... If this is what they think customer service and support is supposed to be, then they need to go back and do some more training, because I'm sure the service we got today wouldn't even count as lousy.
Nathan was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He organised the transition to NBN to be seamless for me because of my work. He also followed up to ensure everything was working. Highly recommend.
Disinterested staff, tired, unhelpful, pretty useless I found. Bad as their hopeless phone service, offshore with oriental people with bad english, mimicking the US language. Long waits up to 30min. to get someone to answer. BAD Culture.
