The lady at the service desk who’s name I believe is Nida, was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful because I showed the text message for my click and collect instead of the email. If I had of been asked nicely to get the email up instead of the text message as it was easier for her, I would’ve happily done it. But instead she was rude about it and kept saying use the email I need a barcode in a very unkind tone and manner. Then once she went and got my click and collect order, she threw it down on the counter at me, not even where I was standing. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I work in hospitality and have done retail and am appalled by this sort of behaviour.
1. The staff at the customer service for returns are rude. The old woman there, says so much unnecessary things to customers, which is so unprofessional. She asks too many personal questions for “ returning an item” please advise her to show some professionalism.n2. This store used to have such good deals but not anymore. The no good mark downs anymore. I guess change in manager. The Knox one is better, go there for good deals
Brought the dog diapers which come in small medium and large. I brought medium because my pup is a cavoodle the diapers was too small even though his less than medium size I’m complaining because they don’t fit and if large is for German shepherds or similar to big this product I’m not happy with
I recently visited Kmart, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I was looking for. Whether it was household essentials or a few surprise deals, Kmart had it all at great prices. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping trip, and I'll definitely be going back soon!
Good variety products. Though sometimes stock levels can be low so i may bot be able to purchase something i want. Customer service is okay, though at check outs, i did find self-service had more priority than having staff at check out with limited kiosk accepting cash, which can be annoying if wanting to pay by cash
