Neat and tidy.nTeam members although they were busy putting stock away, the greeted everyone that walked past them and asked if they needed help and even too one lady to the section as she said she couldn't find a particular item.nWell done Rowville, clearly good management, and it filters down to the team members on the floor. Good customer service, good business.

Try to avoid this Kmart if you need any help, not sure what it is but day time staff have by far the worst customer service i’ve experienced. Best to drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Knox.

Worst experience at the return desk, the young female staff took her time chatting nonsense with a female customer for at least 20min if not more, while there were 4 customers waiting in the queue, and then wouldn't refund cash or card for product with quality issue, but a voucher, because we've earned flybuys points, and now I just lost the voucher, which I knew was gonna happen, wasted time and wasted money, just wondering howcome people can getnrefund at Coles? Guess I wasn't patient enough when waiting in the queue, and interrupted their endless chats. Absolutely disgusted. And this was happened about 2 weeks ago.

Kmart Stud ParknVisited on 12/2/2023nnLike most Kmart stores, this is well stocked and carries a large variety of products. I can't comment on the staff attitude since I used self-che k out for an item.nnLocation wise, it is right the deD end of the shopping centre.
