Kmart Rowville

I was very disappointed with the window shade for my car that I bought today. The product description stated that it was for large vehicles, but it did not fit my small SUV. When I tried to return the product, the store manager refused because the package had been opened. I did not receive any value from this product due to the misleading description. I do not recommend this product. I also don't recommend KMart's unaccommodating return policy in this case.

Pathetic customer service, used self checkout but receipt would not print. Called over staff member who fumbled around for 10 minutes. Asked for manager who came and went with out fixing problem, she was more interested in sorting stock than helping. Asked for manager again. All this just to get a receipt for the items I bought. If you force people to use self checkout ensure someone can help if required.

Not checking ur warehouse stock until received online order. Seems the customer become partly ur staff to help check stock so ridiculous. Or else at least ur system should offer the option to refund whole order if cannot fulfill any item. Customers have to run several stores to get everything even there is only 2 items. Wasted too much time on kmart so shame of u. Where is ur customer service?

Lucy was extremely rude at the service desk printing out photos ! She has poor customer service skills and needs to be dealt with accordingly. Would not recommend going to stud park Kmart !!!

Normally very happy with the lovely gentleman on the door and the -usually very busy - staff. Today, however, I had a horrible experience being snapped at by the support member at checkout. Instead of assisting me she barked at me to put newly purchased items on the dirty floor. She certianly wasn’t busy doing anything else. A smile, and an offer to perhaps hold the travel bag would have gone a long way.

I recently discovered I could make fudge with just chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a thick pot on slow heat. I tried it with dark chocolate chunks and I tried it with semi-sweet chocolate chips. It's better with both kinds. It comes out pretty bad with just the dark chocolate. The best add-ins are crushed almonds and marshmallows -- what you get from that is Rocky Road. It takes about twenty minutes from start to fridge, and then it takes about six months to work off the twenty pounds you gain from eating it. All things in moderation, friends. All things in moderation.

Shopping here tonight at 7.00pm, no staff on the door, no staff at the register, no staff supervising the self serve. Could have walked a trolley load of goods out, and nobody would have noticed. Self serve is one thing, having no staff on the floor except for the photo area is just a different experience. Bring back staff. Please.

New Year's Day, Google shows that they are closed but they are open, the girl staff at entrance and exit have been keeping a straight face……should be happy ~~~~

This Kmart has changed to mostly self serve and sometimes a staff member is behind one of the checkout. Today,12 Aug, approx 16:50 all the checkouts were closed and only self serves was available. An elderly couple went to a staff member behind the checkout, and was told in an abrupt tone that all the checkouts were closed and only self servers was available. She also told the old couple that if they needed help, they would have to wait until she was ready. This is no way to treat customers, especially old ones that struggle with technology.

You can’t push a cashless payment on people it’s wrong! It’s not up to the government to decide what happens to your hard worked money
