I had done expensive suites and shirts, which as a senior executive I used to buy and wear. I have since outgrown those so I got them dry cleaned, laundered and took them to the Rowville Salvos. The staff seem uninterested and finally the woman whom I managed to speak to, ask me to put those in the bin, outdoors. Shocking and disheartening. I explained that they are very good quality clothes and expensive. She finally took them off me instead of my taking them back.
Since the update of this store, which is a great improvement, especially the change rooms, the prices have gone up. I have seen a pair of shoes priced at $30 where the heel was crumbling apart. To give you an idea, on average shoes are priced over $20 and dresses often around $15, crockery at $3 for a pretty but unbranded mug. Plenty of parking but much better stores than this one.
Lovely staff but stock is much higher priced than op shops in my area - Cranbourne/ Carrum Downs. Did get some children's books - $1 to $3.
Overpriced, clothes that are ordinary should not be in the 20 dollar range, furniture so expensive may as well buy it brand new, overall the prices are way to high If I could rate it 0 out of 5 I would.
definitely go to this store if you want to buy outdated, way overpriced clothes. old shoes are priced at $20. definitely not worth it

Over priced. Every 2nd item. May as well go to kmart and buy their clothes for less first hand.
Great store with a easy to negotiate layout. Large space with plenty of treasures to discover.
Great place to pick up second hand goods. They have a top team of volunteers serving here. Often we buy stuff cheaply for dress up parties, and later wash and return for resale. We also drop off unwanted goods for resale and or donations for Christmas. Excellent.
