WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Took over 3 weeks to install and finish installing garage door, he had to come back 5 times, each time he forgot something. Each time they made a time to come he was a minimum 2.5 hours late... 1 time he was 8 hours late! Once he finally finished, within 1week the garage door didn't work. He goes up and down by itself, and I have to force it down. I try called for him to fix, but he refuses to answer my calls or my texts. Now I have a garage door that doesn't work and a company who won't fix it! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT USE THIS COMPANY! save yourself the hassle!

Terrible customer service, I would never recommend this company. Door was installed weeks later than it was promised, after installation was cancelled many times. The installer chipped and scratched a section of the frame and when I asked about it I was told to buy some touch up paint and fix it myself. I wasn't happy about this and called and emailed multiple times and have not received any response. Very unimpressed and would give zero stars if possible

Disappointed in the fact there has been no response to my emails and voicemails regarding the motor on the garage door Pringle supplied and installed. It is broken and still under warranty so the expectation is for a replacment however without any contact I wouldn't want others to fall into the same trap.

Hi there, my name is Zoran and this is my genuine feedback of my VERY VERY BAD experience with Pringle Garage Doors. Pringle we're ok right up until, just before Pringle demanded I pay them $1200 as 50% Deposit on the spot on the day they came out to quote me. But soon after, I discovered when Pringle failed to deliver the installation as promised and failed to even contact me to reschedule I find out that it is extremely difficult to get in touch with Pringle at all. When I do get through, someone tells me your refund is in progress and this is total bull. It has now been over 2 Months since I cancellation my Quote with Pringle & I am still waiting on my $1200 Refund! * If your are considering using Pringle, DO NOT PURCHASE anything from Pringle and DO NOT part with any $$$ up front when dealing with them.
