Quicklift were chosen after an insurance claim due to a sudden weather event. From measure, manufacture and installation they have communicated with us so well that we even ordered another roller door to replace an old one. We really like the quality of the doors and highly recommend them. Thanks.
Away from this business, bad job and bad service. Don't try your luck here, you might be the next one who has the bad luck with them. Horrible experience with them. We spent around $2000 to have Quicklift change two arms of our tilt garage door. However, the job was not done well, the door kept stuck half way. It stuck even before their technicians were just about to drive away after the job. Then it happened another 2 or 3 times within the first week after the job. They claimed it's because we didn't change the motor, the old motor didn't match their new arms. But the motor was fine before changing the new arms.
Our existing garage door was too heavy, 25 years old and failing, Quicklift provided a competitive quote and the measure must have been spot on as the fit is exceptional. But be prepared for a wait as the Hörmann insulated sectional garage doors are manufactured in Germany. The installation itself was much quicker than anticipated just under 3 hours and the old door and all the mechanisms and springs were taken away. The installer even helped reinstall a Remootio device which was above and beyond in terms of service. The door itself excludes all light so it'll stop all the dust and insects getting in. It also keeps the garage more like a room in the house so warmer in winter and cooler in summer. The pre-sales, installation and post-sales process and customer service has been excellent. The wait has definitely been worth it to end up with German excellence. The photo shows the door in the final seconds on closing, the top section nearly in place.
Good to deal with. Very knowledgeable and happy to help. Good price. They were also happy work with me to deal with some slightly unusual aspects of my build.

I came across Gary about a year ago. He is super awesome the way he helped. I had a unique motor and many places could not get me the remote control I needed. Gary went out of the way to hep. If ever you deal with Gary you know you are in good hands. Thanks Gary!
Gary is totally awesome. He helped us resolved manual open and close issue caused by motor malfunction after hours. He was patient enough to FaceTime me and guided me how to change the sectional door to manual mode without charging anything. He also followed up with the motor malfunction and provided most cost-efficient solution. I am so grateful.
Awesome service from start to finish. My mums door was damaged due to a break in & they organised someone out same day to fix it temporary till the new door could be ordered. The guys were great installing & we didn’t have to wait long for the new door. Amazing service!
