My very old roller door was off the tracks, motor had stopped working and couldn't open or close manually. The folks in the office were very helpful and Darren came the next day and had it all working beautifully in a couple of hours - and even gave me a couple of tips on ways to manually lock the door when the lock is broken and getting the batteries in the remote control to work better

Great service by Eastern Garage Doors. My sliding gate stopped working just before Christmas and despite their busy schedule, they found time to come out and fix our problem. We could not be happier with the service they provided. Thanks guys!

I don't do many reviews but I have to say these guys were bloody fantastic.

My roller door motor died a few weeks back, so when I finally contacted Eastern Garage Doors (via their online contact form) I had a highly competitive quote from them for a replacement within 1 hour, and had confirmed  that they would install a new roller door motor 2 days later an hour after that.

Come the day, 2 days later, and their representative arrived on time, after calling me 20 minutes before to say they were on the way, and had the job done in 40 minutes.  He was quick, tidy, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.  The provided motor worked flawlessly from the first use and I get a 7 year warranty.  Fantastic.

At this point in time I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone.  Thanks for an excellent experience.
