Not bad if you want to see some Kangaroos. Some reasonable birdlife around too. Much of the park is overrun by weed species however, particularly the eastern end. Beware of the toilets it appears to be a cottaging location. Write down any number plates and call police if you unfortunately observe it.

Bbqs under cover / toilets in main area. Maps in box. Some steep hills. Many small wildflowers in summer. A mob of kangaroos, many possums & yabbies when wet. After hours access on foot only.

Very peaceful except for being bothered by authorities, I just like to see this place and don't like to be annoyed and then put on show by local police, as I said it's great to see if you are not harrassed. Thanks.

Great place for bush walks and seeing wildlife. Kangaroos, white and black cockatoos, and lizards are easily spotted at the correct times. Possums, echidnas, and wombats are rarer but can be found.
