My Douge de Bordeaux was not eating and very listless they examined him and determined he had dental problems. The operated the same day and took blood work and x-rays and cut his nails while he was under anaesthesia. They found 2 teeth were fractured. As we all are aware this type of procedure is not a cheap exercise. And they did a great job at a reasonable price. He is now 2 weeks later eating and happy.
Amazing staff here. We went in for an emergency appointment after my puppy was hit by a car and they were amazing at checking over pup she was okay and keeping me calm.
I have just changed from another vet to this one and from the first communications it has been nothing but positive, very welcoming, understanding and supportive. Will continue to bring my little guy here. Thank you
Very attentive and clever. They know how to get the best out of our recalcitrant little fur monger
Very helpful Re my little girls illness. It proved to be a difficult diagnosis on one level. But I was very relieved on leaving FGVH. Many Thanks
Today I went to this place there were police there because they had been broken into,I was told to come back to pick up my cats medication. This I did in nthe afternoon, not pleasent experience at all.The receptionist accused me of being rude, read through my whole cats profile ,telling me that the cat was due fo a blood test and spending ages reading imformation from my vet. The medication had been sourced from W.A.for me fo my cat who has a thyroid condition, but the receptionist accused me of wanting to pick up the 2 packs of medication before getting a blood test, she told me I could only have one..I went to this clinic with my cat who is 15years old and they were unable to successfully get blood for a test so I went to another vet. I was so very upset with her accusations and should have walked out but needed the pills. Finally I got them and paid. I decided to go back in, and speak to the manager, who then went on to say that I was a overreactive pet owner!! yes I care about my animals apparently my cats file had this on it !!! No wonder the receptionist accused me !!! She also told me not to come back .....no chance !!! Shame really, most of the staff are lovely on reception I have no idea who that one was, obviously something a cat dragged in with no manners!
I cannot thank the staff who looked after my injured dog at the drop of a hat, and made me feel very calm with their care. Polly is recovering well and thanks to a great team
One of my German Shorthaired Pointers [GSPs] who has bad arthritis also ruptured her CCL. She was operated on by Dr Mark Boyhan last Thursday and returned home Friday. Now I have been taking my GSPs to this clinic for over 25 years. This is the first serious operation I have had to have had done and i am absolutely overjoyed. The staff at the clinic were genuinely concerned for Lenni the GSP operated on, showed amazing care for her and Dr Mark has did a brilliant job on her. FIVE days after the op, her bandages are off and she is walking brilliantly. The sutured wound is clean, dry, no redness and is healing so well. She is already wanting to "GO" - and while she can't run for at least another 7 weeks, i just took her for her first walk off the property and she did brilliantly. Before, during and post the op, I have nothing but the highest praise for all the vets, nurses, and office staff for their help, care, advice and treatment plan. A real team effort that has resulted in a 10++/10 result. if Lenni could talk she would be so grateful -so I am doing it for her! THANK YOU ALL!!
My Golden Retriever Puppy Rocco had a great experience. Lovely staff and very caring.
Staff were so wonderful in treating my puppy! They remained calm and professional in a stressful event and I can't thank them enough.
