The worst staff ever seen Michael. He don’t know how to talk. We went to store and was waiting for our turn and few more customers came after us, and they started attending them as a priority. Such racist. And when i asked then he said “if you are not happy I can’t do anything”
I came in to the store to get NBN. Assistant store manager- Marcus instead convinced me to get the 5G internet. Any issues easy swap over. I’ve come back to swap over to find that my area doesn’t have 5g. And I need to cancel myself over the phone, they do this in store. Waste of time. Terrible customer service. Marcus thanks for selling my something that doesn’t even work in my area.
Been Vodafone customer for 10 years and some staffs here concern more about looking pretty than servicing customer. Have been waiting to be served for more than 10 mins at the store while there is only one female staff is serving another customer, the other female staff is at the back. 10 mins before the closing time, the other female staff came out, refused to serve my request as for the time it takes would be 15-20 mins and pass the closing time. Very disappointing with the service.
The worst internet service provider and also its tech support n customer care team doesn't care or knows how to resolve any issue. They will just promise but never fulfil them. If there was negative ranking I would have given them that. Will never recommend anyone to go with Vodafone Internet.
I have had the misfortune of attending the Vodafone store at Pacific Werribee two times as my IPhone order was delivered there. At both times the staff was unaware of their products and had zero customer service etiquette. The staff seem to just stand around and talk loudly about personal issues while the young ladies go out of their way to be condescending with an attitude that customers are there to pick up products for free. This inefficiency could be mildly excused if they had any customer service skills or product knowledge. Re-train and rehire staff or shut the shop to stop inconveniencing customers.
Was served by CLI, great customer service. Was very quick and seemed very professional, poor boy had put up with some horrible customers as well.

Great service from this branch. The team don't like to keep you waiting long.
Unexceptionable disgusting service, A guy helped me with something and I was the only one there and guest what? The rest of the Staff just sat there staring straight at there phone like there is no one around them.
