I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone store thanks to the Nitin, who was incredibly knowledgeable about their products and services. He patiently listened to my needs and provided tailored recommendations that perfectly suited me. His friendly attitude made the whole process enjoyable, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone visiting the store.

Excellent Customer service experience I can say. 100% Recommend. Nithin and team are really professional. Really took their time to provide all the information about existing offers and the correct plan depending on our requirements.

I upgraded to an s22 sometime ago and as of today have been putting with a defective device for the last 19 months where the last 17 months has been spent trying to get this fixed...including at this store.  They have changed settings including setting it to 4G nice when you upgrade to a 5G network with the relevant pricing attached of coarse and the last thing I was told is when loan handset was made available, they would call...that was October last year.  I guess they are really busy all the while I have called in a few times.  Vodafone themselves said to try another store altogether.  My opinion, just avoid this store totally and maybe seek services like Telstra maybe.

I got my new iPhone 12 Pro from this store and was assured by Jeevan who was very helpful and friendly with her customer service. He checked our previous plans and suggested the plans based on our usage and not unnecessary added us on higher plans. He looked after us well and offered the best price which we couldn’t get it on the phone with Vodafone. Highly recommended and 10/10 customer service.

Nitin was amazing. Probably the best service that I’ve received at any Telco in Australia in the past 20 years. I strongly recommend anyone who has questions, ideas or keen to get a new phone to go to Vodafone Point Cook and ask for Nitin.

NITIN is an amazing guy that helped me pick my phone according to my needs. He made me feel very welcome and i will be back soon. Keep up the good work!
