I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Tushar at this store. He assisted me me with choosing a phone, explained the details and helped me transfer all my data from my old phone onto my new one. Brilliant service! WELL DONE

Went in to this Vodafone franchise store to get a replacement summary as I was moving to a phone with a nano sim and had a micro sim. I Waited for 10min patiently as they were busy and having worked in retail I know what it's like. After waiting I was explained my need for a replacement similar card for my current number but was handed a $2 prepaid starter kit instead of a Free replacement simply card as any other time I had preformed a simple swap, I told him I wanted a replacement for my current simulation card but was told it was fine and it would work all the same. I tried to activate the simple card over the phone with customer care and on the online systems and low and behold it can only be used for a new prepaid number. What a complete joke, don't waist your time with these clowns and just visit an official Vodafone store as the at least try and help you rather than charge you $2 for a starter kit they know won't actually work.
