I've been to a lot of JB stores and this would have to be the worst by far! Sales staff here make me sick! They are rude, stuck up, arrogant and so unhelpful!! If a pig flys over the moon and you are lucky enough to get a staff member to serve you,  you'll either get 1) Not my department then walk off to the staff room because it's ' not their problem they can't help' or 2) get told there is no stock because it's all at the Hoppers Crossing store or 3) Ask if you're interested in buying the item before they explain it to you or help you with any questions you might have because they only care about making a sale with zero regard for customer service!

Wasted my time waiting to be served by staff who seem disinterested and don’t seem to understand the “first come, first serve” principle. When asked for assistance, front counter staff were equally disinterested and only wanted to fob off the enquiry to someone else or for the customer to go away. This place is not only devoid of customer service but completely soulless. Go elsewhere.

This Jb is really good. Staff are friendly and really helpful. Even the security guards are friendly. Ive had 2 issues with same phone and happy to replace and refund me.

Lazy slob  manager who looked like he has just woken up. I looked at him and he said je was the manager.  Obviously irritated  he had been disturbed. Probably interrupted his mcdonalds. Couldn't  find my info online. Competent  Harvey Norman and The Good Guys are incredibly helpful as they  tell you not to worry if you cant find your receipt as they have it in their system.
This lazy man said he needed an exact date and ut would take him an hour and he REFUSED.
They even spelled my name wrong. Lazy, rude and incompetent. NEVER buy from these mongrels again. HOPPERS CROSSING store

I came here hoping to buy what I wanted. But the customer service was so poor I decided to just leave.There weren't enough staff members in the electronics area/or they were all helping out other customers. I had to walk around like a headless chicken just to find a staff member that could help me out. There was no one. The staff also seem extremely disorganised. When I approached someone, they told me they will get back to me after handling 'this' customer. Made me wait the longest time only to find them serving another customer and then the next. Instead I went to the Jb Hi Fi in Hoppers Crossing, where I left much happier.
