Old lady serving at check out around 8:40pm today was so rude to me. I asked her how to sign up as a new member as I didn't know where to enter the verification code which I recieved on my phone and she just replied me “what are you talking about“ with an attitude.nI don't know how JB Hifi trains their staff to do the job but it’s a big disappointment from me.

They use to be great, and made me forget there where other electronic shops. Till I went to the Good Guys, customer. Customer service has good due to sales targets. At JB you cannot find anyone to ask questions about a product, If you find someone after walking all over the shop, it turns out not their area, and the person you need to speak to, is on a break. Also sick of asking is that the best price, just put best price on ticket.

I've been waiting for someone to assist me for a product that I wanted to buy. It's on a weekday with very less customers, but still it's been more than 25min and still waiting for someone staff for a sale assistance.nThere is No wifi and Mobile signal is too weak. Such a let down to browse about the product online while we are waiting.nNot a great experience, no wonder people are more tending towards online shopping

Horrible Pick-up ExperiencennLousy customer service sent me to the WRONG place for pickup. I bought a Sony TV and was told to go “around back” for it. This was confusing because in my picture below, the photo and address warehouse are two DIFFERENT places. I went to the address 7.3km away and wasted lots of petrol, only for the people at the warehouse to tell me I needed a different receipt apart from the tax invoice I was given. The store forgot the other receipt for me to receive my order. Despite knowing that the store didn’t give me the right receipt, someone took my tax invoice ANYWAYS and I didn’t get it back thank God I had a pic of it before.nnAnyways I made it back down and I got the TV at last. After a lot of wasted fuel, a few cheeky phone calls from service reps, I’ve finally got the TV at home. Sigh. If I’d know this is what JB Hi-Fi had in store for me this Sunday afternoon, I’d have never come.

Ordered an $800 item before Xmas was told 2 weeks till pick up. Had to chase up twice since, was told it was still not in. Got a call today, don't have the product, never had the product, just had my $800 for nearly two months, pathetic service also in-store service at this store is terrible. Do better!
