I was served by Joel and had a great experience with him. He was incredibly knowledgeable with regards to Bose headsets and Apple products. I ended up purchasing some electronic goods for myself and he helped tailor which products were best suited for my work needs. Power bank that I bought from Werribee Plaza JB Hi-fi and it wasn't very well. And I went to store to claim extra care plan. They checked invoice and they gave me new one. I can't stop smiling because of their service. Service was very nice and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Next time whatever I need I will go there. Thank you for your service.

Store is good, products are available which aren’t available at other stores, however, sales people are not good. Before Black Friday, one of the sales person gave so much discount on everything and told if price goes down further we will get the difference. However, during billing he did something to bill that every discount was given on something else instead of being at original product. The bill was so messed up that we got 25$ difference, whereas, we were supposed to get 100$. The manager, salesperson, no one took responsibility and denied us the difference we were eligible for. So, always be careful during billing, don’t let them do whatever they want. We felt cheated and defrauded.

Always hot and smelly down in this dungeon. It's not the shop's fault their clientele have BO... I feel so sorry for the staff, but having said that, it's ridiculouslynhard to get any assistance ever here, they are always understaffed. Maybe if the air conditioning worked then both problems would not be an issue.nI shop online and get delivery instead, always far more pleasant.
