I went there to buy new smartphones for my family but couldn’t. The staffs there were not helpful at all and seemed like they really didn’t want to be there. One guy with a Nintendo shirt who was not responsible for the phone category was nice though.nnThey didn’t offer any price advantage and the new iPhones were out of stock anyway, so I wouldn’t recommend going there for smartphones.

Very good layout and has a basic range of items due to the store being a tiny shopping hub. Well stocked for what they can sell. I went here for some Funko Pop Protectors and they were easy to find, they're right near the PS4/PS5 section. Customer service is very good albeit my gift card had either ran out of expired however they were able to accept my cash payment.

I had a disappointing experience today while trying to purchase AirPods Max. The staff were not helpful at all and refused to match the price with Amazon AU, even though other retailers usually do. Their attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, especially for a high-value purchase. Would not recommend based on this experience.
