I was looking for a local video store to hire some dvds for my child as TV was getting very repetitive. I found this place online and was kind of put off by the bad reviews but thought I'd go and check the place out for myself rather then go by the opinions of strangers. Well, the second I entered the store an older woman very rudely asked what we were doing in the store and if she could help us. When we said we just wanted to look around, she yelled that nothing was for sale, only hire. I calmly stated that was fine as I didn't want to buy anything anyway. I went to the children's section, and when I couldn't find a particular DVD, I asked her nicely if she had what I was looking for. She rudely and abruptly said no and I got a big lecture as to why she doesnt stock that DVD. Safe to say we left the store immediately after that. She was rude, nasty and shows absolutely no respect for anybody. She's not very welcoming. I'm surprised this store still gets customers and is still in business. I urge new potential customers not to visit this place. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Extensive selection of movies. Not an exhaustive collection. But updated regularly. Staff are courteous and fees are reasonable.

As a customer of many years I can say you can go here and never be disappointed. The knowledge and array of films (from classics to new releases) makes for a good night in front of the T.V with a pizza
