They do not use Authentic Apple parts in repairs, my screen was first replaced with a cheap faulty screen, which after 5mins of use stuttered, glitched and eventually blacked out my phone (My phone refused to turn on or indicate any sort of life). The faulty screen had fried the motherboard in my phone. I took it back in the next day, and was asked to come back in another 2 hours. 2 hours later I return and was asked by another employee to come back in an hour. 3 hours go by and the phone was still not ready, I had to stand around for a bit for them to finish. The screen they have now replaced my phone with is extremely weak, (It cracked while in my pocket the same day) And is also bad quality, (The Touch ID sensor pops out of the phone when pressed on the edge) indicating that the screen surrounding it is either a bad replica or The Original Sensor was removed from my phone and replaced with a cheap one. The backlight is horrible, and the screen pops out on the side of my phone from the enclosure. Do not go to this place for any sort of repair.

I tried calling them quite a few times but no one picks up the phone and there is no call back service. I don’t even know whether they even exist or not unless I physically go out to check the store. Gave a call to customer care and they said they also cannot reach out to them.

TL;DR: Terrible manners, very offensive and disresctful behaviour from the owners. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owners. I gave in my iPhone 7 cracked screen for repairs only to notice that the screen seemed different. I spoke to the owner, she told me it was an aftermarket, not an original. I told her I was under the impression that it would be an Apple, she called me a terrible customer, stating that I should have known. The owner (female) then proceeded to angrily speak to her staff member pointing at me. Absolutely disgusting show of customer service.
