You made the whole process so seamless and effortless. Just want to say a big thank you for making everything so easy and pleasant to deal with, I was very impressed with the fact my information was fixed to the correct details when other people told me that this could not be done. I had a brilliant experience today with Dimi. He listened to my issues with my previous plan and was extremely accomodating in putting together a great package for me. Also kept my children entertained. One of my best Telstra experiences ever!

Once  i stepped into the shop, Mo approached me and assisted me. Found he was very approachable and friendly staff. He explained well and took time to listen. I signed up a bundle with Telstra without any hesitation. Telstra is lucky to have such a wonderful staff whom is rare gem nowadays!
