When I have taken a New Number and Device I specifically told the lady at the store that I would like to avail 25% employee discount. She set-up my account on console, rather than setting up in Siebel. Now the customer service people say I can not avail the discount or move my account to Siebel. Why wouldn't the staff at store let me know about this upfront. I definitely do not recommend the store and Telstra to anyone.
There is no customer service in this shop. Walked in at 5.30 to be told we close at 6. Cant help you today. Asked if I could book in for tomorrow got told its fully booked. Then she said come back Monday and book in for next week. This was after calling the store Tuesday left a message, no one called back. Called again Wednesday left another message, no one called back. Called Thursday and Friday they never answer their phone or call back.
Horrendous service. This must be the worst Telstra store I’ve been to. Exceptionally arrogant floor manager who spent 10 mins telling me how busy they are instead of just taking the 2 mins that was needed to do a sim replacement. Multiple staff just hanging around when they could be helping customers far more efficiently. Sadly the closest store for me and each visit has been a complete disappointment. Zero focus on customer service.
The staff were as helpful as they could be however the system appears to be unable to allow staff to fix our problem/ request without taking our Telstra home phone, mobile phone and our internet's services out of service for three to four days. Not happy Telstra.
Horrible service , rude and unprofessional people working at this place. Ignore the customers standing in store. Wastage of time to visit to the store , staff suggest you to do the things online . And also they are not upto date with the information of the products they’re selling. I shoud have believed the reviews I read before going there. They did exactly what people are complaining about. Telstra needs to hire better staff to represent their brand
Omg, they take your money and charge you a late fee if your late paying a bill, pitty I can't charge then a late fee, I left this ridiculous company in September this year for another telco, being in credit $170 , it is now mid December and I still haven't got my credit back. I've been in to the plaza store numerous times to be told the check will be sent out. Some of the staff at werribee plaza have no idea.
One of the biggest telco companies in Australia and one of the worst customer service. Employees have no idea what promotion has just ended and what promotion is going on. They need some training on how to handle customers and how to provide information to customers. Honestly worst experience E.V.E.R. I got a mobile from them on a plan and now am stuck.
I would love to give 0 star if there is an option. Totally Disappointed from the service as the staff need to learn som customer service skills. The lady who serves me seems to be happy to work foe me. Totally disappointed……….
totally disappointed from the service as we got the sim yesterday and there was mam name s bhano said us it will be activated in 40 min and still not active till day after, and we had cancel our order. she is totally rude and untrained. she had an issue with our new no. which she gave us but she was saying, this is because of the low speed of system.
