Finally, after 5 years of terrible experiences with other real estates, I found Virgo Patterson.  Every step of the selling process we had our minds put at ease by Keely and she even helped us achieve a price we were told we wouldn't get! We now rent our investment property through Virgo Patterson too and couldn't be happier with the girls who make sure our property I well looked after.  Great to see a family owned real estate doing so well!

My  girlfriend and I moved from North America to Townsville for our masters. With many weeks of frustration dealing with other realtors, we came across Virgo Patterson. They were very quick to answer all questions and finished our entire process within a week. Amazing customer support and generosity.  5/5

Definitely the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate, it would take too much time to sit here and write out all of the individual issues we have had with them. Unprofessional, time wasting, unorganised and rude are four things that come to mind.  They have been the main reason why we denied the extension of our lease so I wouldn't suggest listing your property with them. Wish I could give them 0/5, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

**Zero Star Rating**  Virgo Patterson Realty and more specifically Kym Patterson would have to be the most unprofessional, chauvinistic, obnoxious person I have ever conversed with.  I will be suggesting to everyone through all avenues to avoid you and your severely unorganised agency.  May 2018 be filled with all you deserve.

Unprofessional, Very rude, greedy, need customer service skills, listing long as, got nothing nice to say about Virgo Patterson Realty...... YOU WILL REGRET IT. good luck and GOOD RIDDANCE. Rating O stars.

Pretty organised company. I'm renting a place with them and they do routine inspections often and attend to my maintenance very promptly.  Quite happy so far.  :

Professional agency - taking care of all tenant, landlord and contractor needs. 5 Star from start to finish - I would highly recommend this business to anyone

Virgo Patterson is no longer in business, although it is advertising properties to rent under their usual web site.

Extremely  unprofessional and hard to communicate with. Making a complaint to the department of fair training. Stay clear of this realestate
