I love dealing with Donna Sands. They are always efficient and prompt in their service. Been with them for two years and never once have they disappointed me. They are always on time for inspections and great at communication. Can't recommend them enough. I left the above review 3 years ago and still feel the same. They are still very much efficient and prompt in their service. They take their time to handle your matters on your behalf so that you can focus on other things. Their entire team is amazing. We would recommend Donna Sands Boutique Property to anyone who is renting buying or selling a home. They managed our investment property for 9 years, it was managed very professional and made things very easy for us as landlords. High quality, efficiency and caring attitude to any concerns i have had to raise. Very approachable and friendly property managers. Highly recommend these guy's.
Relocating from Brisbane to Townsville was stressful and there was added pressure to find a rental. I applied for 9 rental properties with other agents in the area, Donna Sands responded straight away and approved a rental within 3 business days! the other agents took over a week to respond and were still asking for more details.
