House͏ sale - Glenda The Elite Properties team have looked after us since 2011 when we bought the house, resided in it, then rented it out then recently just sold it! I went to three of the leading agents in Townsville and only Elite would confirm that they could meet all my specific requirement for preparing my house for sale. Being based out of town I needed an agent to select, arrange and manage various contractors to upgrade the home before being ready for market. Glenda at Elite met all the challenges along the way. From the many years they looked after our property as a rental, always finding the right people and the house never being empty without tenants to the repairs, preparation, staging and advertising for sale of the property. As a landlord I highly recommend Elite Properties. Chris Worrall has been an amazing property manager. I can’t praise him enough for all he has done for us and our property.
