Excellent,͏ thorough, dedicated. Rae took over the sale after contracts had fallen through. From the moment I met her she was 100% committed to getting a result. She spent a lot of time at the property asking questions to help with a sale. Rae offered advice on how the presentation could be improved. She immediately had prospective buyers looking at the property and kept me informed as to how the inspections went. At all times I felt she had my best interests at heart. Within 3 days the property was sold for the asking price. She has since given honest detailed appraisals about other properties, there is no nonsense, she will tell you realistic advice. Trust her, Rae knows the market.

Zoe͏ was wonderful to deal with and is wealth of knowledge I found Zoe reliable and honest. The approach she took was to give us honest, valid feedback on what has sold in the area and how it compares to our property. She never over embellished and had data to back up her thoughts. I was open for marketing strategy and Zoe offered a great plan that clearly worked as we achieved a great outcome. Zoe offered great advise on staging of the property as we still resided in the property while on the market. I found Zoe very responsive to all my questions and provided everything I needed to know with out hesitation. Five stars isn't enough to rate this agent!!!
