Great؜ Agency to deal with! Our؜ letting agent Louisa Edwards, is one of, if not the best agent we have had the pleasure of dealing with. She takes pride in her work, and it shows! She is on the ball, super friendly yet very professional. She is prompt in responding with any matters we have, 10/10 for communication! Cannot recommend her highly enough! We actually also used Harcourts Kingsberry when selling our old place, and Harcourts happened to be the agent that was selling the house we also purchased at the time. We have had dealings with both Mark Lake buying agent and Stephanie Turnbull selling agent and they were both really great to deal with. Both super friendly, easy to communicate with, and just wonderful people. Overall our experience with Harcourts Kingsberry as an agency has been really positive. Thanks so much to the team! Keep up the great work.
Helpful؜ and prompt Bought an investment property away from where we live. The team at Harcourts Kingsberry were very helpful in the acquisition phase suggesting quality suburbs, doing rental appraisals, offering to inspect as we were buying site unseen. Very quick to list online once a contract was signed and begun inspections prior to settlement. After settlement the property manager team were helpful in arranging trades quickly prior to our tenants moving in. Like that there's an online site to keep track of incomings and outgoings plus a fortnightly statement emailed to us. Only one instance that could have been improved is confirmation that the requested maintenance work had been completed otherwise everything has been great thus far!
Friendly؜ & Efficient Team I live interstate, so most correspondence has been via email. The team has been easily contactable and quick to respond throughout the process. When flew interstate to see the property the team even collected me from the airport which was a great level of assistance. We have also secured tenants in a quick timeframe. I would recommend Harcourts Kingsberry to manage your property
I have many high praises for Stephanie and the Harcourts Kingsberry team! From the very beginning, they were fantastic communicators, making the process very smooth and ensuring that I was well-informed. I am particularly grateful for Corrie's prompt email replies and Steph's reliable and caring manner. I would highly recommend the team to anyone!!
If I could give 10 stars to Tahnee and Sam I would. Not only did they go above and beyond to get on top of maintenance, but they they also responded to any queries and concerns I had in a timely manner. My bond was refunded without any dramas and the whole vacate was very smooth sailing thanks to their help. If I didn't just buy my own house, I would be happy to rent another house through them.
Very poor experience, personally, one that is an aberration from past dealings with other franchisees of Harcourts Australia. Agencies such as this one is what gives the industry a bad reputation and begs for a course on ethics and customer service to be made mandatory for real estate agents. No-show to open houses, left me waiting with a very unapologetic and rude response upon reaching through to the principal eventually. Have subsequently let through this agent only to move into a place that was not cleaned until a week after our moving in. A business that puts profits before people, not one that inspires confidence to turn to for rentals, purchase, or sale. Counting down to end of lease to be done with dealing with this business. Not recommended.
Jayden displayed a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm throughout our entire journey in selling our property. He was quick to act and I feel that he would stop at nothing to help make the entire process stress free. Jayden’s knowledge of the market was on point and he was able to back himself, and deliver his promise when other agents expressed doubt in his appraisal. I look forward to working with him again! I feel sorry for anyone who has to rent through this company. I've rented from helen munro, ray white, coral sea and page & pearce in Townsville and never once have I ever come across such unprofessionalism from a property manager in all my life. Tahnee stands out as a shining example of bad customer service. The entry report she filled out felt to me like entrapment. I also rasied a safety concern about the property. After emailing multiple times and nothing being done I had to contact the RTA to issue a notice to remedy breach. Finally a trades person was sent to do a quote but after 12 months the issue was never resolved. She also booked a house inspection to which she never showed up or tried to contact us again about it. There was multiple times when she just would not respond to my emails and I had to ring and another property manager would eventually reply to me. Living with the stress of being in a dangerous property and feeling like this company didn't care at all about the safety of my partner or our cat caused a lot of mental stress for all of us. My partner called to complain and to speak to her manager and was just met with hostility. They dont understand that what they are dealing with is people homes. It is personal and it is important to feel safe and secure. If you made it to the end of my review thank you and I hope you find another company you can rent with that will make you feel at home.
Terrible customer service - impossible to get in contact with. I guess us renters don't count. Actually so appalled by the lack of communication or care received. Scheduled inspection, they didn't show up and no one was answering their phones. Was promised a private inspection to make up for it and they never bothered to contact me, even after I called to try and arrange a time. I explained, I am moving from interstate and require ANY response ASAP - nothing. Tried to call mid afternoon and no one answered the office phone or the attached mobile number. Late that night I got an email advising my application was unsuccessful. If that is how they conduct their business - steer clear!! And judging by the previous negative comments, it's a trend.

First time investor from interstate and I could not have a better team of Property managers on ground in Townsville to keep me informed about my property and the market. Chanara was extremely helpful and attentive to getting me onboard and guiding me through the property management process with Harcourts, even taking additional photos for me when requested. Emma was excellent in having my property advertised, culling through many potential tenants and helping me understand what a strong tenant looks like, while also having a tenant move in only one day after settlement. Scott has been my trusted advisor for my upcoming investments and providing me with market insight in Townsville which has been invaluable to my decisions. I cannot speak more highly of Scott and the Harcourts Kingsberry team. 5 star service from a 5 star organization
