Terrible service. After putting in an application. Didnt hear back from them other then a text saying it was being processed. After 5 days I called and got told they are checking references. After another 2 days I contacted one of their property managers which was the only one we had contact with during the inspection. He said we should have gotten an email one day ago and that their were too many applicants and they decided on some one else. Two hours after that conversation hubby and I are getting both email and text messages saying the application did not get approved reason they chose someone else. But the property is still available for rent 2 weeks after. Incredible bad service. No communication what so ever. Would not wish my enemy to have to deal with them. It's OK to refuse someone but at least let them know in a reasonable time frame.

Our property manager worked has worked to the best standard to make our moving in process as easy as possible. She is always contactable and is happy to do anything we need her to.

Were very accommodating with helping us find a rental property that suited our needs and attending to matters after moving into our property.

Dealing with Annette Rowlings was an absolute pleasure. Ours was a very difficult property to sell and Annette had difficult circumstances to navigate, which she did admirably. She was honest, straightforward and very easy to deal with. She kept us fully informed at every step of the way and was very accessible to us at all times either by direct mobile phone or email. We are very grateful to her for her persistence and dedication and would thoroughly recommend her.
