WARNING! DON'T LIST YOUR PROPERTY WITH THIS AGENT IF YOU ARE THINKING OF SELLING. Unfortunately recent dealings for one seller with this agency has been one of the worst cases of incompetence and a total betrayal of a clients trust in a real estate salesperson that actually defies belief. I am totally astounded that an agency could ever allow such unethical behavior to be practiced by a sales agent but to actually condone this behavior is reprehensible. On a score out of 10, I would have to rate this agency below 0. This agency should be hauled before a magistrate for unconscionable conduct and lose their licence. It grieves me to see clients treated like this by real estate agents who have total disregard for them and their properties. All for the sake of their own commission and ego. If you are thinking of selling please be careful when appointing an agent. Take steps to protect yourself and your property. Don't sign anything without first having it checked by your solicitor. You don't have to sign the standard agent agreement as it is. Have your solicitor add your own terms stating that you will only pay the agreed commission if they achieve the sale price you have stated on the contract. You need the terms of the contract to suit you not just the agent. If the agent doesn't agree then find an agent that has the integrity to do so. Have your home valued by a certified valuer not by the agent. Be careful with the amount the agent suggests you spend on advertising for the property as agents receive kickbacks and use these methods to advertise themselves at your expense. Only allow the agent to show qualified buyers through your property, this will help protect you from having all sorts of people come through your property. Have the deposit held in your solicitor's trust account not the agents trust account. If an agency treats you badly report it to Fair Trading and use social media to name and shame them. This will help warn and protect other sellers from dealing with these agents who display such unethical behavior. Reporting your complaints to the Real Estate Institute seems to be of little or no value as they only represent the real estate agents and cannot direct agents to pay compensation to consumers. I would certainly not recommend any dealings with this agency . So be warned IF YOU CHOOSE TO THINK PINK, YOU WILL BE LEFT FEELING BLUE, AND END UP IN THE RED. ( I don't really give them a star rating but was unable to post without it, unbelievable )

A nightmare to deal with. Agents not answering their phones during business hours and not returning a call (not even weeks later) after more follow up calls. Save the headache and go with another agency. I can't see this business being around for much longer.

Already bad experience, before moving to their rental property, rest of the bond paid off and due to the last Transaction taking a day or two , declining to give us a keys on the proposed day, just bad start... (you do not trust people , people wont trust you)..
