The above review of 5 Stars is far from the experience I have had with Ken and Suean at Remax. Suean the property inspector had blatantly lied to the owner about damage that was done by my dog, to the point where he was led to believe we would run out and not fix the damage (we had already taken steps to fix and had brought it to her attention over a year). When caught lying to the owner on my security footage, rather than own up and fix the problem Suean and Ken double down on the lie and dug themselves in deeper. Ken will also try to bully you into providing private information such as insurance coverage (not essential in QLD for tenants to even have) even when provided details of this several times. They have gone against rules set by the RTA QLD, and this is now in the hands of QCAT and consumer affairs on the recommendation of the RTA themselves!The truth always comes out and having security cameras helps! I recommend recording any and all interactions with Remax like I have, as it will help you in the long run. The only reason I gave 1 star is because there was no option for zero. However, the reception staff, trust management and maintenance staff were all pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Ken from Remax has been a life saver and has on multiple occasions organised things for me that were above and beyond normal customer service. All the people I have talked to on the phone have been friendly and helpful. This is the place to go to!
