Absolutely terrible customer service! Due to Elders' neglect, the outdoor communal areas of our rental unit have fallen into complete disrepair. Our repeated requests for action have been ignored and our property manager does not even return calls anymore. If you expect even a reasonable level of customer service, you would do well to rent somewhere else.
